Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bodenmais

It could hardly be better! I was wondering why the place isn't booked months in advance. Great location, wonderful apartment and even better hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Our short vacation in Petra and Michael's vacation home was great all around. The equipment was great, everything your heart desires. We were three families who visited the house and our individual needs were already asked in advance. There was a lot of activity material for the children traveling with us - both indoors and outdoors. The surroundings are very beautiful and there is a lot to discover. Petra's tips on possible leisure activities with the children were also very valuable. It was a wonderful time and we felt very well taken care of. A great house with upscale amenities and very friendly landlords :-) Thank you!

Better as in the pictures. Very welcoming and easy to find. Quiet and peaceful. We found it perfect for kids & dogs. There are a lot of toys for both inside and outside, the forrest is right behind, there are no cars to disturb you. Very well equipped also inside, a highchair, baby beds, child cutlery and much more. Miriam was available for support or questions! Thank you

Marco was very easily accessible and helpful: I had to arrive spontaneously by train, so I was without a car. There was no shop in the village itself; Marco lent me a bike so that I could still shop in Hohenau in the evening. I also found that for one night my husband and son could come, I found very nice. As a starting point for hikes - even without car ideal. And the log cabin is surprisingly spacious, even the three of us have enough space.

For all those who, like us (2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs), are looking for peace and a beautiful landscape with forest and meadows, Lucie's cozy house is ideal. It is simple and functional, and we immediately felt very comfortable. With the dogs, we were quickly in the forest, and the pretty garden is conveniently fully fenced. Lucie is a very friendly hostess - thank you also for the fine chocolate! -, was always quickly accessible and very helpful. Thank you very much, Lucie! We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and nothing was missing. But there's something to consider for tall people. Duck by the doors :-). It is an old farmhouse and in the past the people were smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already addressed and nothing else, it can only have been good:-)

A great old farmhouse, with plenty of space for our whole large family with 8 adults and 6 children (had booked it for a family reunion). It is in a quiet location and surrounded by a lot of forest and greenery. The hosts are extremely warm, helpful and hospitable. It was simply a matter of arriving and feeling good. We were even invited to a family celebration! The children have plenty of space to play and explore on the extensive property. Highlights were the large trampoline, the barn with the long swinging swings, the horses and dogs, the many toys and of course the stream, which was used extensively for swimming and splashing due to the beautiful weather, while the parents could relax in the hammocks. The separate barbecue area offers enough space for everyone and is ideally located by a window to the kitchen. There is simply nothing to complain about and we would like to thank the hosts once again for the beautiful, relaxing time.

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

Definitely recommend. The place was clean, set up well for extended stays. I was able to work for 2 weeks remotely without any issues. Supermarkt (REWE) in walking distance. Great hikes from the door step. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Upon arrival, we immediately saw that this was our destination. Due to the access with the Nuki lock (we also use it) I immediately felt at home. After opening the apartment, I was totally moved. So bright, large and such great materials. We had many large windows, seating, a great terrace with cozy seating in the room there was a very pleasant sofa, a nice armchair and large bed with various pillows. What is not self-evident, there were sufficient dishwasher tabs and toilet paper (for 14 days!) available. Thank you. We didn't miss anything, we felt like we were at home. If we go on holiday in the area again, it will only be here. It was very pleasant to communicate with Sarah and Manu. We will always prioritize Fynbos. Thanks very much

Our stay at this beautiful place was just perfect! The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, extremely well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. We also got to know Katrin's mother briefly. She gave us a few tips for the area. ☺️ The highlight for us was the private whirlpool including the possibility to watch series. Thanks to the manual, we were able to manage everything easily on our own. Katrin would also have been very easy to reach for any questions. I am looking forward to my next stay there! We were able to relax well. The apartment is great and uncomplicated for loading and unloading luggage. The swimming pool is great and we also liked the rest of the complex. The surroundings are very beautiful and were fantastic in the beautiful weather, which we had during our time there. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to stay longer. There is even a possibility to use a washer-dryer. The bed is simple and good, we were able to sleep restfully. The kitchen is well equipped and even has a dishwasher. I think for a small apartment it offers a lot of amenities. Price - performance we found very good. Thank you!

Great AirBNB, very cozy and nicely decorated, also plenty of amenities, e.g. for cooking... very comfortable bed. Only 5 minutes to Theresienplatz and the center, there is a Rewe for shopping.

The apartment is very nice! We felt very comfortable in the apartment and it looks exactly like the pictures. High praise for this! The location is a bit difficult, the place is as extinct! A hotel with its restaurant keeps the place alive. There is no cafe, no ice cream parlor... that was very unfortunate. We always had to go to other places for this.

The Penzkofer family were very nice and helpful hosts. The apartment was very clean, tidy and lovingly furnished. Very well-equipped kitchen for self-catering. Chic, clean bathroom. Even though the church is right next door, we slept great (even the baby). The well-maintained front garden with seating was also very nice. We will be happy to come back.

It was perfect and Josef is a good and friendly caretaker. Nothing more to add 😀

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gerlinde’s beautiful home! The place was impeccably decorated and full of thoughtful touches (many blankets everywhere!) It was very spacious and located very close to the centre of Waldkirchen, only steps away from the bus stop. Gerlinde was very responsive with being in touch when our travel to Waldkirchen was delayed by a few hours. All in all a very wonderful and relaxing stay, highly recommend.

Spotless and very nice furnishings - everything we needed in the kitchen and nice sheets and towels. Everything was very well-maintained and we felt very comfortable. Bedrooms can be darkened well and it's very spacious. We also enjoyed the patio/terrace and the nice furniture there, and ate outside several times. Big TV, fireplace, and big bathtub were all fun bonuses for the kids. My son claims to be "homesick" for it. ;-)

Wonderful apartment in a very quiet environment. In the morning you could enjoy the terrace and in the evening the sunset on the balcony. We felt very comfortable here and would be happy to come back :-)
