Det rustika "Härbret" med sovloft bjuder på en mysig vistelse med känsla av att vara nära naturen. Köksdelen har kyl, kaffebryggare och kokplattor. "Kaminrummet" med många fönster har en egen vedeldad kamin som som både värmer och skapar en alldeles egen atmosfär. En toalett (vattenlös sk. Separett) finns i anslutning till Kaminrummet. This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Slappna av och mys i detta lugna och välplanerade boende vid havet. Gästhuset är en separat byggnad på ägarens tomt med självhushåll. Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas. Här kan du ta skogspromenader, göra upp eld vid grillplatsen, plocka bär, åka skidor och skridskor under vinterhalvåret. Här ser man också norrsken ganska ofta! En idyll året runt!

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Fint litet hus invid Råneälven. Från början har det tjänat som bagarstuga. Varsamt renoverat. Ett enkelt utrustat kök där det går bra att koka och värma upp mat i microvågsugn. Endast enklare matlagning och ingen stekning är tillåten eftersom det inte finns någon köksfläkt. The northern light is common at the house, if the weather is right.
