This place is very recommendable. We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still quiet and peaceful at night. All the amenities were provided, and everything worked perfectly. I especially appreciated the little touches, like free toiletries, coffee, water and snacks. Especially they have a washing machine so you can easily wash dirty clothes right away. The place is in a great spot—there's a laundry shop, salon, coffee shop, church, and restaurant just around the corner I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free place to stay.

Patrick’s places was lovey , sitting outside on the balcony for morning coffee or when it rains in the evening while watching the lightning was really enjoyable while I rested on my vacation. The washer/dryer was a coo bonus. I didn’t realize it was a drier also at first, I was using the drying rack. Only thing that confused me was there is an ironing board but no iron in the unit 😅 but that wasn’t the end of the world. Everything else I was please with.

This is my second time staying at Veronica's place and I can definitely recommend them whenever youre staying in or around Eastwood. The unit is spotless, easily accessible, convenient since everything you'll need is within walking distance, staff are friendly and the host is very thoughtful, respectful and attentive. They always make sure to respond on time whenever you have any questions or concerns and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you'll need to have a enjoyable time at their unit. Always happy to stay at Veronica's ❤️

Conveniently located within the vicinity of SM Marilao, Mary's place located at SMDC Cheers Residence is spacious, cozy, and well-maintained. Location-wise, it is an ideal home base for concertgoers. It is one shuttle van ride from SM North/Trinoma to SM Marilao (and vice versa). Although there is a considerable distance going to the Philippine Arena/Stadium, it is accessible through public transportation and/or ride hailing application like Grab. The place itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing with olive green color motif and thoughtful interior design choices. Amenities include complimentary drinks and snack. Above all else, I commend Ms. Mary for being a fantastic host. She was responsive and provided helpful information to answer/address our concerns. Kudos for making our stay a memorable one.

Great place to stay for a big group like ours! There’s ample space for people to move around, and good sized rooms. Very nice view too! Elevator is fast. Very responsive host. Uptown also has everything! All in all an awesome stay!

We had a very comfortable stay and very much worth the price. The room as clean and cozy and had most of the things you'd need. The free parking as easy and accessible, it was a bit tight to maneuver so just don't bring an oversized car. Definitely would stay again!

This was such a beautiful room - one of the prettiest I've booked here in Airbnb. It has everything we need and most of all - the most budget-friendly rate in the area as well. The host and her assistant had been very helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this!

Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

I absolutely loved my stay at this Airbnb! The place is super cute and has a warm, homey vibe that made me feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. You can tell a lot of care went into the decor and setup—it really felt like a home away from home. One of the best parts is how conveniently located it is. It’s close to everything—shops, restaurants, and attractions were all just a short walk or ride away, which made exploring the area so easy. The place is absolutely lovely and beautiful—very homey, clean, and exactly as advertised. The location is A+. It’s conveniently situated near malls and everything you might need is just around the corner. The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating. My kids had such a great time during our stay, and so did we. We truly enjoyed our experience and definitely hope to come back soon.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

Very quick and responsive hosts always quick to help in an emergency, immediately replace broken computer chair, always very warm and helping fix situations, has very helpful cleaning service during my entire stay of over a month. Easy to contact and solve any problems. Thank you! Condominium Lobby personnel receptionist door men security extremely courteous and greeting you, assisting you when you check in and out plus helps you et to the elevator floor you need to got to. Loading and unloading to the lobby is very convenient and accessible. Great view of the city during New Year's eve fireworks. Very quiet highest floor, Immediate literally next door to the Venice Canal Mall full of restaurants and coffee shops, across the street to several ATM machines. Overall a great location and place to stay for my entire Christmas holiday and till Feb. 2025

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Andrew’s place was just the perfect place for my family to stay for 12 days. The unit was exactly what we expected and more. The host was responsive to our needs and even helped us when a personal item was accidentally left in the unit after we checked out. I truly appreciate his kindness. I would definitely recommend this place!
