The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

We had an amazing time! The view is beautiful just like the photos. Daniel was responsive and very friendly. The location was great and easily accessible! We had no issues with the air bnb and I would absolutely stay again. Thank you Daniel!

Wow great place and great hosts!! Conrad had no problem adjusting checkout time because we lost two days of our trip because of Tropical Storm Debbie and our plane was to leave much later that day. They also got in touch with us to see if we were doing well and if we needed anything because of the storm. Place was well equipped. We were 6 and it was great to have a shower that had its own door so that others could get ready in the bathroom. There was a half bathroom downstairs too! Just minutes to the beach, Dollar Tree, liquor store and Winn Dixie!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Mindy's Condo was in a great location, just one block to John's Pass Village shops and restaurants. The condo was very tastefully decorated, fully stocked with everything you need and in, like new, condition. The beach is just across the street with a crosswalk right outside the door of the building. The condo had beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers and plenty of beach toys. The beds were a nice mixture of firm, but cushy...some of the best I have had in any rental. I really enjoyed the harbor view, watching the boat life going on right below the balcony. Outside you could faintly hear some music from John's Pass Village at night, but nothing inside the unit. The unit is very quiet, Mindy was very proactive in her communications and we only had to reach out once, but that was because we arrived a little bit early and she was kind enough to let us in through the wifi based lock on the door. If we make it back to Madeira Beach, we would certainly stay here again.

Amazing place right on the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Everything was just as advertised. Plenty of space and awesome view of the ocean from the balcony (the high Adirondack chairs on the balcony added a good touch and made for easy viewing). Easy beach access. Clean, Furnished nicely, and bed was comfortable. Has everything you’ll need for a fun relaxing vacation. We’ll be back!

Nice upgraded unit on third floor. Some water view from balcony. Really liked the extra half bath. Excellent location across the street from a really nice beach. Went to the beach each day and swam in the beautiful gulf. Caddy's Beach Bar/Restaurant across the street but not noisy or annoying. Nice coffee shop directly next door. Shopping nearby. Heated swimming pool was outstanding for night swim before bed. Lots of easy parking. Chill location. Included nice beach chairs. Carlos is a great host. Will stay there again. Definitely recommend.

The host was great. Very responsive and helped us with questions .The location was absolutely perfect. We had no issues with parking. The walk to the beach was such a great amenity. Upon arrival, there were candies and a sweet card left, very nice touch. We also appreciated the amenities in the bathroom. If you are looking for a quick secluded getaway, this is the spot!

Beautiful, very clean condo, very clean pool. Great location only a short drive to Clearwater beach. Margaret was very responsive to our questions and was an excellent host. Would highly recommend staying at this location.

We really enjoyed our stay! We are natives that moved away. We come back each year to vacation and this stay was the best yet! My kids had a blast at the pool! And the beach is within minutes of the condo.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

Stayed for a weekend and everything was perfect! The location is amazing, right next to John’s pass and Madeira Beach. Nice little condo complex, quiet and safe neighborhood. Everything was as described inside. Would go back again, very happy with our stay.

Perfect location, 4 minutes walk to beach. Nice, clean and worn swimming pool. Quiet area. Room was clean and comfortable. All needed for beach life. Fully equipped convenient kitchen.

I stayed her with 2 girlfriends for a week of relaxing beach time! The condo was great, no complaints. We walked everywhere which was great since Erik's place was a 5 minute walk to the grocery store and beach! Good resturants and live music close by. One note: If you love coffee- the closest coffee shop is a mile away. Great distance for a morning walk, though!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—right off Gulf Blvd and just a short, easy walk to the beach. The amenities were exactly what we needed, and the beach wagon was especially helpful for carrying our things. There are several food options within walking distance, which was super convenient. But the real highlight was just a short drive down the road—an ice cream shop with 150 flavors! We ended up going back multiple times because it was that good. The beach access path has some damage (as do many spots in the area due to last year’s hurricane), but it was still completely manageable, and the wagon handled it just fine. One thing to note: Gulf Blvd can get pretty busy, especially in the mornings, so light sleepers might want to bring a sound machine or something to help drown out the traffic noise. Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Rich’s place was great. I always like to stay near water and this couldn’t be closer. Always something to look at and the sunsets were spectacular. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was very comfy. Overall, highly recommended for a short or long stay.

Marina was very responsive and flexible with early check in. The place was very clean and had all the beach things we needed but couldn’t bring (chairs, cooler, umbrella). We had a great stay!

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The place was well equipped with all we needed. The view of the water way was very nice and we enjoyed our morning coffee sitting by it. So many stores and restaurants within walking distance was nice as well.
