An awesome place to stay. Loved the fact that we all had queen size, very comfortable beds. It was so nicely decorated , clean, organized and had everything you would need. The place exuded warmth, was inviting, and although it was big, felt very cozy. Lana was an exceptional host, friendly yet professional, easy to contact and quick to respond, helpful and truly wanted her guests to have a wonderful, fun and relaxing holiday. The golf course was great and the fishing excellent!

Everything was perfect ! The chalet is beautiful and the view amazing. Riley has been extremely helpful and responsive for everything we needed. His place is well furnished and very tidy which was highly appreciated ! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would love to come back.

This unique house lives up to its name . Very quiet and peaceful place which even our furry family member loved, she had a lot of space to move around .

Our stay was beyond all expectations! If we could give it ten stars, we would! Chris was so friendly and helpful and made us all feel so welcome. The grounds were gorgeous and the cabin was a true escape, complete with fireplace, comfortable sofa and beds and every convenience you could possibly need. We enjoyed evening cocktails on the dock while two geese swam nearby with their goslings and then two beavers swam right under the dock! Morning paddle-boarding, birdwatching and enjoying Sharbot Lake’s many attractions made the weekend one of the best I’ve had. I can’t recommend Lehlewa enough if you’re looking for a perfect Lakeside retreat!

We kayaked and canoed around the lake several times, enjoying the wildlife—turtles, herons, ducks, loons, and frogs. The BBQ worked great, and Verona offered everything we needed, including good food at Muddy Waters Restaurant and treats at a local bakery and Kawartha ice cream shop. We had an amazing stay at Jas’ place! The place was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Jas was incredibly responsive (even went out of his way to send us local events happening the weekend we were staying) and made check-in super easy. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space. The stairs were a lot but a great workout lol! We didn’t have the best luck with weather that weekend but Jas had so many games that made staying inside fun. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning a weekend getaway from the city! Thank you Jas!!

Our stay at the Willis lake house was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, their hospitality was evident through the detailed guide they provided, filled with excellent recommendations for hikes, local farmers’ markets, and attractions in Gananoque and Kingston. The lake house itself is a masterpiece—modern, meticulously designed, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our time there. We loved spending our days on the dock, swimming, paddle boarding, and kayaking. The breathtaking scenery and the perfect blend of tranquility, nature, and stunning sunset views made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return next year!

This was my second time at Rebecca's place. As always it was clean, well stocked, and so incredibly peaceful. You cannot beat the views and the walk out sandy beach. I always feel right at home there. The beds are so comfy, the couch is nap worthy, and I could sit outside in an Adirondack chair and read all day long. Thank you Rebecca for the lovely accommodations. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. This place is so peaceful and tons of wildlife. Loved the bird feeder stations! We saw and heard the loons as well as some otters and beaver. Our dog Zelda who loves to swim enjoyed herself as well with easy access to the water.

Amanda and Eric were excellent hosts. The Dog House on Dog Lake was just as described. Amanda and Eric were very friendly hosts. They greeted us upon arrival and then totally respected our privacy. We enjoyed the cottage and all the amenities. The Dog House was very clean and well stocked with useful items. We were 25 min. from Kingston which allowed us to enjoy a show at The Grand Theatre and a boat tour of The Thousand Islands. This is a great place to stay. We highly recommend it. My family had the pleasure of staying here for the first week in June 2025. We had a fabulous week enjoying this fabulous cottage and its surroundings. The inside offered us all the comfort and things we needed, including an awesome hot tub "tub" complete with rolled towels, clothes pegs and plastic glasses! Everything was exceptionally clean and there were lots of great books and games to keep us entertained as we lazed around the beautiful property. The kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun as we explored both directions on the river. Honestly the property was SO nice we hardly wanted to leave it but we did manage to get out a few days to visit Ottawa and the cute towns of Perth & Almonte. Two fabulous restaurants we visited and recommend is Joe's Italian Kitchen (In Almonte) and Michael's Table in Perth. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog Russ who had the BEST time all week enjoying the water, boats and watching the wild life from his little fur rug in sunny bay window.

The place was really nice and with a great view. We enjoyed kayaking and bonfires. Amber was amazing with all the instructions and quick responses.

We loved it! The cottage is located in a private area on the lake, well-decorated, and has 4 levels making it very spacious. The hottub and sauna were awesome - perfect for our winter stay. We liked the couch in the downstairs living room as it was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the Roku for easy streaming. We had no issues driving to the cottage even after heavy snowfall - the private road and driveway were cleared. Walkways, stairs and decks were also cleared. Plenty of room outside for walks with a dog and other activities. We would highly recommend Siobhan’s cottage!

This cottage was wonderful. Jen had everything you could possibly need available. It was clean and comfortable and the views were amazing. She was very responsive and great to deal with. My family and dogs had the best time at this little getaway despite the cold and wet weather .

We had a blast staying here! The lake is technically across the street, but easy to get to and perfect for canoeing/kayaking and swimming. The cottage was clean & cozy with very comfy beds and all the equipment you need to cook. The nearby town of Maynooth was fantastic to visit during the day, lots of cute shops & friendly people

Mary-Beth's cottage was an absolute dream! The house was spacious, spotless, and had breathtaking views. It truly felt like a little slice of paradise. We loved having access to paddle boards, a kayak, a grill, and a cozy firepit - everything you need for the perfect getaway. I celebrated my birthday weekend there and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mary-Beth was super responsive and helpful throughout. Would 100% stay again!
