Fantastic! It was a really nice stay! Accommodation: superbly equipped, clean and comfortable. Everything is very lovingly and high-quality furnished. There were even small towels in front of the door to clean the dog's paws. As in the description there was an animal alarm system, but this was known and also not disruptive. Location: Fantastic! The view from the conservatory was like in the picture book. From the property you could directly climb a hiking trail, perfect for people and dogs. Will definitely come back!

I felt very comfortable in the accommodation. The modern, white-style style is in line with my preference. I would be happy to recommend the accommodation.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this apartment! Communication with the landlord was excellent – very fast, courteous and helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and fully equipped, exactly as described in the text and shown in the pictures. It was everything you need (plus an additional sauna), available and worked perfectly. We also liked the beautiful garden with a pond and cozy outdoor seating.

Super nice and clean Airbnb. Great location in Stuttgart for a number of companies. My children and I felt very comfortable in the apartment. The contact and communication was also totally uncomplicated and everything was described exactly, so that there were no problems. We already know where we will stay if we go back to Stuttgart. Stefan was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed. The place was spotless, and had a nice deck with chairs to sit on. Walked most places we needed to go, and Uber service was quick and reliable when needed. Laundry Mat just around the corner was convenient and had directions in English and German. Lots of stairs, so if you have a challenge with climbing stairs, be aware, no elevator. Highly recommend Stefan and his place!

The missing charm of the house is by far compensated by the new, fresh and very tastefully renovated apartment!!

One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed in. Everything that we needed from washing machine, and iron to tea, coffee, bathroom items and so on was readily available. This place was perfect for my partner and I who were visiting friends in the area for a wedding. A generously spacious flat perfect for 2 people. There are tones of coffee shops in the area, great location and easily accessible. Next time we are visiting we know where we’ll be staying!

An impeccable ground floor apartment, nothing was missing, nice bathtub and super comfortable extra wide sofa! Functional kitchen, dishwasher and parking space right in front appreciated! Our hosts have always been very responsive, a place to recommend 👌🏼

Gerda and Fido were very attentive hosts. Gave very good tips and were always responsive. So we felt very comfortable . Accommodation is highly recommended.

Stayed at Bernd’s place for 5 days, everything was amazing. The place is super clean with all the amenities. There was even a welcome drink ! It’s is right next at the edge of the forest, so hiking starts right out of the door. The balcony has great views of the valley and the nearby town.

It was very nice and clean had everything we needed, was a little hard to find at first and parking was a little confusing but not inconvenient. I would stay again, and it was very safe and quiet

The apartment was spacious, very clean and ideally located – just a few minutes from the city. Especially practical: an excellent bakery is located right next door. The host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. Overall a very enjoyable stay, which I am happy to recommend!

Very sweet and lovingly furnished apartment in a great location – very close to the subway and super connected to the city center as well as the Porsche and Mercedes museums. The area is tranquil and charming. The apartment was very clean on arrival and it was really everything you could need in everyday life – even a few sweet little things to welcome us, which we were totally happy about! The check-in was straightforward, the communication with the host super pleasant. We didn't have to contact him because everything was perfect, but he let us know beforehand in a very friendly way that he is always available if anything should happen. We felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the apartment and the host! ❤️

I lived in Stuttgart for 30 years and I didn't know the Birkenäcker district. This was created in the years 1965-75, it is very quiet, but not particularly easy to reach by public transport. It would be easier by car, except for the full parking lots. I had my bike with me and was in the city center in 18 minutes. The house is an apartment building, built around 1975, the apartment is located in the attic. A private entrance door, small hall, bathroom with simple shower and toilet, small kitchen with refrigerator, stove and microwave. The basic spices and oil/vinegar are available. The living room with two separate single beds is spacious, large window front to the roof terrace. In the warm season it can get very warm up there, a fan is available, the TV is larger than the one I have at home. The landlord, Heinz, is very friendly, although Heinz is no longer particularly good on foot, he showed me the house

We felt very comfortable in the stylish, well-equipped and cozy apartment. We also enjoyed the terrace overlooking the garden and the beautiful walnut tree. The location of the apartment was optimal for our needs - hiking, excursions, restaurants and quiet location. Communication with Steffen was very good, he was always available, super friendly. Only we were surprised that the TV could not receive TV programs (e.g. ARD, ZDF, etc.), which would have been nice for us as an "older semester". Overall, however, we definitely felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back and can definitely recommend the apartment.

Petros is a super host. Throughout my stay, he was always available and provided excellent communication support and advice. Nonetheless, his apartment is super clean, well-connected to shops, buses and S-Bahn station is just a few minutes away to reach out various places in Stuttgart. the residency is super quiet. I would recommend Petros and his apartment to someone who is looking for a quiet stay in Stuttgart.
