Villa holiday rentals in Bo Phut Beach

Our party of four adults and four children very much enjoyed our stay in this Luxe Nomad villa. The staff were all very pleasant and the included breakfast set us up well for each day. All the rooms were clean and well-kept and were a close reflection of the photos. The open-plan living area is a particularly thoughtful design, allowing for a continuous cooling breeze from the sea. The villa was private, quiet and safe, yet close enough to walk to the Fisherman’s village and bars on the beach (though the sand is coarse underfoot). Whilst the sea immediately in front of the villa is not the clearest or most inviting, the view from the infinity pool is lovely and clearer waters are only a short stroll away. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it for their stay in Koh Samui.

Ningning was very responsive and accommodating. I felt the place looked like the photos. The only downside I had was finding a couple of lizards in the place but that’s to be expected as it’s a tropical island. They offered to come catch them and were kind about the issue. Overall highly recommend!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and the view was extraordinary. It looked exactly like the pictures and it was very clean. Situated in a great area as fisherman village is very close by as well as the beach! Eric Jean - Luc was very welcoming and responsive to all messages and questions. In addition, the gardener and the maid were amazing and kind as well, both did an amazing job and made our stay feel like home. The minivan pickup was very smooth and the driver was available at anytime for trips and he was also very helpful and kind. We all loved staying here!

Fantastic villa, looked even better than the photos and views were great. Don’t listen to the reviews that say taxis or delivery struggle to find/drive up, ordered numerous taxis and moped food deliveries with no problem. Did have a few powercuts (very normal for koh Samui) however when I asked the host how long it would last she said “don’t know” but I then called the PEA myself and they gave the exact time the power would be back on which I feel like she could’ve done or at least given me the phone number. Overall high recommend this villa if you want a luxury feel with fantastic views slightly away from the noise of Samui!

I stayed at Jeffrie’s place with 5 friends and had the best stay ever. This was by far the best Airbnb experience we have ever had! The villa was pristine and in the perfect location. The staff were so kind and helpful. Jeffrie also provided great local recommendations and a responsive driver to transport all 6 of us. The complementary daily breakfast was a lovely start to each day. And we especially loved lounging by the pool and in the outdoor sitting area! We will miss our time in Koh Samui dearly, and thank Jeffrie & his staff so much for their hospitality!

Our stay at Baan Sawan was perfect. The view is breathtaking & the pool & tropical gardens are stunning. The villa is spotless & beautifully maintained — spacious rooms, inviting common areas & everything impeccably clean & cared for. It’s peaceful & private, only 10 minutes from Fisherman’s Village, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops & anything else you need. Star & Levy were the most wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home. Star’s cooking was a highlight — generous, delicious breakfasts each day & a dinner on our first night that was restaurant-quality. Levy’s attention to the garden makes it feel like a tropical postcard. Both were warm, helpful & a real joy to be around — their presence added so much to our experience. Everything about our time here was smooth, thoughtful & relaxing. Anne & Alistair have created something truly special: a luxurious, welcoming home we’ll never forget. We’re so grateful for the experience & can’t wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Koh Samui! The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Fisherman’s Village, yet tucked away in a peaceful and secure setting with gated security. The villa itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The washing machine and dryer were a huge plus for a longer stay, and the pool and lush garden were simply stunning. We were especially impressed with the level of service from Phil, Sue, and Aoo. They were incredibly helpful and responsive in the lead-up to our arrival, organising our transfers and making sure we had everything we needed. It was such a thoughtful touch to arrive and find the fridge already stocked for our first day. Another major highlight was the direct access gate that led us to the nearby beach in just a few minutes, a perfect spot for early morning walks or relaxing by the water. We would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Had an amazing stay here. Su arranged pick up from airport for us. Got to the villa and greeted by staff all very straightforward. We got to the villa at night time and was blown away with the views in the morning. We had breakfast made for us every morning. Su was amazing at responding very quickly with every single Question I had, even if wasn’t related to the villa, will be recommending this place to alot of people. Thank you

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Camille. The Villa is simply perfect, and probably one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in. The views are breathtaking and you will enjoy many hours just sitting and enjoying the views and the fantastic pool. What you see on the pictures is what you get, actually it´s even better! But what really makes this place a gem is the lovely couple Tom & Toto, that will take care of you and help you fulfill every wish. We used Toto's car, with him as our tour guide and driver. Tom made us the most delicious food, we quickly realized, that the best food on Koh Samui is in Villa Camille. We ended up, dining almost all meals in the Villa. What you don't get ? If you need lots of other tourists, noise and party, this place might not be for you. But if you are looking for at breathtaking Villa, luxury and good food, this is the place to be. 101% recommend this place, and if ever we come back to Samui, THIS would be our go to !

The villa is really beautiful and clean. It’s located at a central area, 10-min drive can get you to anywhere. The host is generally very helpful with a lot of suggestions for activities and restaurants. The private dining experience was superb, with amazing food and vibes.

What a wonderful location, we loved it. We had a great time at David‘s place. And the best was Kob, what a lovely person. She fulfilled every wish and was so nice to the whole family. We almost took her with us to Germany. Thank you for the paradise!

We had amazing stay at Beach View Villa. The house was perfect for a family of 9 with a toddler, plenty of space both in bedrooms and in living room/kitchen. The infinity pool was amazing and the view from every room/space was really breathtaking. We never meet host Theerwat, but had a great welcome by Bill who took well care of us during the whole stay. Small maintenance issues during our stay was solved immediately. Extra plus for the very flexible early/late check out which made our stay very pleasant. We also paid extra to get breakfast one day by Hong which we highly recommend. Since it’s so private, there are not many restaurants near by, so renting a bike/car is preferable for daily transportation. The walk to beach is maybe not ideal for elderly since it’s so steep. In total, absolutely amazing house with breathtaking view, really recommend everyone to book this villa. We would definitely book this villa again.

This was, hands down, one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. The home was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and located in a peaceful, scenic area — exactly what we were looking for. But what truly made our stay unforgettable were our incredible hosts. Wat and Khun went above and beyond in every way. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home with warm hospitality, thoughtful local treats, and consistent support throughout our stay. Their kindness and attention to detail made us feel like honored guests. Equally outstanding were Martin and Karen, who were always just a message away. Their communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots that made our trip even more special. We feel incredibly lucky to have found this place and crossed paths with such wonderful hosts. If you’re considering booking — do it. You won’t regret it.

We had the best experience staying in villa Matisse as a group of 5. The villa is set away from the main road on a private estate , which is peaceful and secure. Our expectations were well and truly met from the airport pick up to drop off . Aoo the villa manger was very responsive and so helpful, and no request was a problem We had massages in the villa which was a luxurious touch

I highly recommend this beautiful villa!! the actual place looked so much more gorgeous than in photos, it was clean and tidy upon check in. do notes that you definitely need an 4wd SUV/ scooter to get up to the villa as the slope is insanely steep!! but the view is 10x worth it omg the mountain and ocean view was so so so pretty:) I stayed with my boyfriend just 2 of us so it was a huge space but we proffered sleeping on the first floor as there were blackout curtains. If you're sleeping upstairs there's no curtains covering the high windows and will definitely be woken up by the sunrise. The pool was small but so cute to take photos and just chilling there made us so comfortable , we didn't even want to leave the villa! Andrew and his team created a chat group so if I had any queries it was answered almost immediately with clear instructions. I definitely HIGHLY RECCOMEND this place and thank you so much for the warm hospitality ♡

Great hosts both Jean and Fon. Organised a taxi from airport. Early check in. And a motorbike. Villa is amazing. The view is amazing. The pool is amazing. Everything was perfect. Our stay was absolutely amazing! The villa was exceptionally well-designed and thoughtfully planned. The service exceeded that of a five-star hotel. We even wanted to extend our stay and cancel our booking at Cape Fahn Hotel, but unfortunately, it was too late to make the change. The general manager, Nong, who was responsible for our villa, was incredibly helpful—any issues we had were resolved almost instantly. She even responded to our requests late at night. Breakfast was prepared in the villa, making it super convenient and tailored to our special requests. Our baby has a gluten allergy, and they made delicious mango pancakes that we had never tried before. It truly felt like having our own personalized breakfast served every morning. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a five-star experience in Koh Samui. It’s also ideally located, just a two-minute drive from our favorite beach, Chong Mon Beach.

We’ve sadly left Anastasiya’s beautiful villa today after 4 wonderful days-the villa is spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable with absolutely everything catered for! The views are breathtaking-and the sunrises in the morning are a wonderful way to start the day-it’s incredibly calm and quiet with a lovely infinity pool to bob around on when it’s hot! It is high up a mountain, so you need a car, but I grew to love our rides into Chaweng, Fisherman’s Village, Lamai ☺️ Anastasiya was also really quick to respond to any issues-these were completely out of her hands (electrical issues in the area) but kept us all informed, which we really appreciated-she also recommended the lovely Panu who collected/returned us to the airport and also drove us around the island one day-thank you! All in all, I highly recommend visiting this beautiful property, I’d go back in a heartbeat 💗

We had a fantastic stay at this villa in Koh Samui. The sunset views were absolutely breathtaking and the night was just as magical. The villa has a great swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. One of the highlights was watching planes land up close such a unique experience with sunset backdrop. The maid was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing and memorable getaway.
