Holiday rentals with a kayak in Bluewater

Margaret June 2025 Trudy's home is beautifully located on the Ausauble River. Easy water access for available Kayaks. Home was spacious , cozy & clean with all the amenities. The personalized welcome sign in the foyer made us feel right at home. Enjoyed the deck overlooking the river, perfect for morning coffee. Had some great Family time around the fire. Trudy provided detailed Instructions & recommendations for things to do nearby. Thank -you for sharing your amazing space with us. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We rode our motorcycles from Ottawa to David's Brights Grove cottage and when we arrived, he had a nice cold one in the fridge for our arrival and fresh farm eggs (we didn't cook unfortunately). The cottage is sooo close to a beautiful blue water beach yet is far enough away, tucked in to the cutest and quietest little neighborhood you've ever seen. The cottage has a lovely, very private patio, all surrounded by plants and flowers and the trees keep it all wonderfully shaded. Also a nice outdoor fireplace and one indoors too. David stopped by on Sunday morning and told us to take our time checking out, chatted about the area with my partner (who grew up in that area 50/60 years ago), and took some pics of our motorcycles. What a fantastic person, we didn't meet Juli but hopefully in the future. Thank you David and Juli. We'll be spreading the word through the biker community to definitely check you out. Cheers. My wife and I loved this place, we will 100% be booking again.

This was a quiet, private, peaceful, and beautiful location. The house was nice with plenty of room for everyone. Being right on the water was what we wanted. The amenities were exactly what we wanted. The heated floors were awesome. Close to a town but still secluded. One thing to be aware of is having to rent linens at $20 per person which nobody expects to travel on vacation with bedsheets and thought it would be something included for the cost. Also, we were warned about the potholes in the road to the house but they were pretty drastic! All in all, would book again and hosts were very attentive.

Marsha's place was great, spacious and relaxing. The cottage was very well equipped with amenities and kitchen had more than everything we needed in terms of condiments, spices etc. very close to the beach, although we didn't get down there due to the weather. Nearby towns worth exploring - Bayfield, and the Cowbell is a great local brewery with good food for lunch. Marsha is a great host, access to the property is easy and simple, and check-in and check-out times were flexible. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Mikes air bnb in Grand Bend for my Husbands 30th. The place was wonderful with lots of things to do and a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Mike was more than responsive to us and helped us with any questions we had and made sure everything was working and fixed for us. Him and his wife were super responsive and were able to accommodate us with early check in and late checkout because the place was available the night before and after. This was very kind of them and they did not have to do this. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The most amazing thing about this air bnb is the location , it’s a minute walk from the main strip and had so many extra amenities such as kayaks. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting grand bend. The inside of the place is modern, new and had everything we needed and the outdoor space was equipped with bbqs, outdoor Furniture etc. we would definitely stay again.

We had a comfortable stay at the Cozy Cabin this past week. Jorge and Ashleah were quick to respond if we had any questions. The house was clean, beautiful, and just exactly what we needed for our first vacation with our pup. The house is located in an area close to where main attractions are, like the Pinery and Grand Bend beach. We enjoyed every minute of it and would recommend anyone to stay at this air bnb!

We had a great time at Stonewood. The cottage is large, 4 bedrooms each with an ensuite. The cottage is large with high ceilings and a loft. It is well-heated and the kitchen was nice and well- equipped.

I had a wonderful get away at The Pebbles. The location was great and very close to the beach. Catherine is very responsive and assured I was comfortable. The local recommendations were fantastic! The cottage is cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Huron and it's spectacular sunsets.

We celebrated two 30th birthdays with a weekend here and it was wonderful! The house is gorgeous with everything you could need. The hot tub was a lovely bonus! Jennifer was very proactive and easily accommodated my last minute booking. She even had flowers waiting for us to wish a happy birthday! Would highly recommend and stay again :)

We had a fantastic experience at Coralie's Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. We especially loved the cozy living space and well-equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time here! As soon as we entered the house, it smelt clean. The owners clearly work hard to make sure it is top notch for their guests. The beds were also very comfortable. The views are stunning! The access to the beach is approx 100 stairs therefore not accessible but we were able to manage it. My only suggestion is an umbrella for the top deck as the sun gets really hot and there is no shade. 100% recommend staying here. I’d love to book it again.

We spent our family reunion here at Zac’s place for the Easter long weekend and had an amazing time. Our stay was better than expected with everything you can think of. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, bonfire, theatre room downstairs and the kids loved having the entire upstairs to themselves. The Alexa speaker all around the house was an added bonus. We cannot thank Zac & his family enough for the accommodation. We would love to come back & create more memories with our family in the near future.

Dan and his cottage were nothing short of perfect! Incredibly responsive host, always quick to respond and answer any inquiry we had. The cottage was immaculate, everything you would need is already provided , and is in a great location. Would definitely recommend to anyone from a girls weekend to a family getaway, you won’t be disappointed!

Emilie was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. The cottage is rustic and very cute. The location is very peaceful on the river and a very short walk to the beach. Everything was tidy upon arrival. There were enough dishes and glassware for a family. The outdoor shower was warm and fun for the kids after they played in the sand. We enjoyed taking the kayak out as well on the river. Would recommend as a nice getaway spot for a family of four and would stay with Emilie again!
