Holiday rentals with a kayak in Bluewater

Just returned from a 3 night stay for a lady's getaway. Trudy's place is just perfect inside and out. We enjoyed the numerous deck spaces, the view by the water, the firepit outside and even the live leafs game outdoors on the projector screen set up. So many amenities which is fantastic not to have to bring. Tons of sleeping space, open kitchen area with very large dinner table to accommodate a gathering. We will be making this space an annual spot for us. This is a gem 💎 Thanks Trudy! Julie

We rode our motorcycles from Ottawa to David's Brights Grove cottage and when we arrived, he had a nice cold one in the fridge for our arrival and fresh farm eggs (we didn't cook unfortunately). The cottage is sooo close to a beautiful blue water beach yet is far enough away, tucked in to the cutest and quietest little neighborhood you've ever seen. The cottage has a lovely, very private patio, all surrounded by plants and flowers and the trees keep it all wonderfully shaded. Also a nice outdoor fireplace and one indoors too. David stopped by on Sunday morning and told us to take our time checking out, chatted about the area with my partner (who grew up in that area 50/60 years ago), and took some pics of our motorcycles. What a fantastic person, we didn't meet Juli but hopefully in the future. Thank you David and Juli. We'll be spreading the word through the biker community to definitely check you out. Cheers. This was a quiet, private, peaceful, and beautiful location. The house was nice with plenty of room for everyone. Being right on the water was what we wanted. The amenities were exactly what we wanted. The heated floors were awesome. Close to a town but still secluded. One thing to be aware of is having to rent linens at $20 per person which nobody expects to travel on vacation with bedsheets and thought it would be something included for the cost. Also, we were warned about the potholes in the road to the house but they were pretty drastic! All in all, would book again and hosts were very attentive.

We had an amazing stay at Mikes air bnb in Grand Bend for my Husbands 30th. The place was wonderful with lots of things to do and a lot of indoor and outdoor space. Mike was more than responsive to us and helped us with any questions we had and made sure everything was working and fixed for us. Him and his wife were super responsive and were able to accommodate us with early check in and late checkout because the place was available the night before and after. This was very kind of them and they did not have to do this. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The most amazing thing about this air bnb is the location , it’s a minute walk from the main strip and had so many extra amenities such as kayaks. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting grand bend. The inside of the place is modern, new and had everything we needed and the outdoor space was equipped with bbqs, outdoor Furniture etc. we would definitely stay again.

The house is at a great location, and has beautiful surroundings. It’s on a dead end street and the neighbors at the end are pretty close to the house. That’s really the only negative. The host is very responsive, which is always a plus. Over all it was a great stay.

Great little cabin for a family to stay in for sure. The cabin was nice and clean, it was comfy and cozy. A lot of activities around to do, and they made sure they had our door activities to do outside. The kids loved there were toys to play with. Great to know has a parent with young kids they have give you play pen, high chair etc to help so you didn't have to worry about packing it. Communication was fantastic. Happy to answer your questions and promptly. Amazing and kind host regarding bringing pets as well! Will honestly book to to go back!

The weather was not ideal for our weekend getaway but fortunately the cottage was cozy and great for staying in as well. It was very clean, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Sarah was very responsive and helpful as well. The location is nice, it is 5 min drive to Grand Bend.

I had a wonderful get away at The Pebbles. The location was great and very close to the beach. Catherine is very responsive and assured I was comfortable. The local recommendations were fantastic! The cottage is cozy with a beautiful view of Lake Huron and it's spectacular sunsets.

We celebrated two 30th birthdays with a weekend here and it was wonderful! The house is gorgeous with everything you could need. The hot tub was a lovely bonus! Jennifer was very proactive and easily accommodated my last minute booking. She even had flowers waiting for us to wish a happy birthday! Would highly recommend and stay again :)

We had a fantastic experience at Coralie's Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. We especially loved the cozy living space and well-equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. We'll definitely be back!

We spent our family reunion here at Zac’s place for the Easter long weekend and had an amazing time. Our stay was better than expected with everything you can think of. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, bonfire, theatre room downstairs and the kids loved having the entire upstairs to themselves. The Alexa speaker all around the house was an added bonus. We cannot thank Zac & his family enough for the accommodation. We would love to come back & create more memories with our family in the near future.

Emilie was a great host, very accommodating and responsive. The cottage is rustic and very cute. The location is very peaceful on the river and a very short walk to the beach. Everything was tidy upon arrival. There were enough dishes and glassware for a family. The outdoor shower was warm and fun for the kids after they played in the sand. We enjoyed taking the kayak out as well on the river. Would recommend as a nice getaway spot for a family of four and would stay with Emilie again!

We had a great time and will visit again! The house is clean, beautifully furnished and is in a great location. Dan is a great host, very responsive and a good communicator, he kept in touch throughout our stay. Location is fantastic with the beach area just a 3 mins walk and plenty of shops and restuarants within a 4 mins drive. Morning walks were scenic and it was lovely to pass the lake, the boats at the docks and stop by for coffee at the quaint coffee shop, the Cottage Cafe. The house is tastefully furnished. As soon as you enter inside, you see an impressive living room area with tall ceilings and high windows. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans. There is a covered sunroom overlooking a green area of trees, a nice area to lounge and read. Main level has one bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. 3 bedrooms upstairs with one full washroom. The third full washroom is in the basement that has a family room, a playroom with a pool table, which we enjoyed!

Aleks and her family were such great hosts! The space was everything we could have asked for. I booked the cottage for the weekend to celebrate my birthday with family and friends and it was perfect! A nice, private spot right on the water. The perfect spot to grab your coffee or tea and sip in silence while you enjoy the beautiful views and calming sounds of Lake Huron. It has all the amenities that you could need for a cottage weekend – barbecue, fire pit, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs, a kayak and paddle board – honestly it was the best way to spend a weekend. The beach is definitely rocky, so as they mention, bring water shoes. The driveway is steep, so a bit daunting and intimidating, but we had zero issues getting in and out; just drive slow, and take your time. Aleks is SUPER responsive and one of the kindest hosts I’ve ever connected with. Thank you to your family for sharing your space with us! The best little Lake Huron getaway.

This was my first time staying at Great Lakes and I will 100% be back! I was looking for a place to accommodate 20-30 guests for my fiance's surprise birthday sleepover and stumbled across this listing. It seemed like it would be perfect for my plans but I of course had a ton of questions. Moe responded right away and made recommendations on what would work best for my group. We ended up going with the Big House and the Beach house, which had more than enough space for 20 guests to park and sleep and not feel too crowded. Both houses were in pristine condition and looked even better than what was advertised in the listing! My group enjoyed the game room, beach area, fire pit, and grills throughout the property. There are tons of paddle boards and kayaks with life jackets provided - which was where we spent a majority of our time. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We will 100% be booking with Moe again. He was right there with us whenever we needed him and was so friendly! His dog Rocco was also a hoot! The place was spotless, there were fire pits EVERYWHERE! grills, all of the beach equipment you could ask for, crystal clear night sky, it was perfect! Definitely coming back later in the summer!!!

Susan was very helpful and responsive - we had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend her accommodations! It was a great weekend getaway.

This cabin rental is beautiful. The river is so peaceful sounding and you have everything you need to relax and enjoy a quick little get away. We stayed as guests for a wedding near by and it accommodated me as a single well in the smaller cabin and my friend and her baby in the larger cabin. This was an excellent find! Scott was communicative and professional and everything was easy.
