Victorian gardener's lodge set in Kent countryside

AlannahRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Susie and Marc’s place was absolutely gorgeous. Overlooking beautiful surroundings, this cottage has everything one could need. The small details and thought behind how the cottage has been designed were fantastic; including the radio/speaker in both the living room and bathroom to play music, the bathroom minis, the welcome basket of homemade goodies and honey from their bees, and books/information on things to do and see. Susie and Marc were brilliant and friendly hosts, making me feel at home immediately. This was my first solo trip, booked for my birthday, and I have to say it was just so special. There are local farm shops nearby, easy links to Kent attractions and wonderful circular walks. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in and if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable cottage, well-equipped and in stunning and peaceful surroundings- with friendly hosts, look no further. Susie and Marc’s place is simply perfect. I am already planning a second trip back!

Luxury Studio-incredible view-peaceful getaway

LouiseRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Can highly recommend a stay at Roberta's lovely property, it has everything needed for a few days away. Peaceful with great views & garden to enjoy. The studio is beautifully done, with very comfy large bed & chairs for relaxing in. Bonus of proper large bath towels! The few breakfast bits, water & fresh milk were very welcome. Good instructions on how to use everything & helpful details on the area etc. Also had a cooling unit which was very needed in the warm weather, as whilst all the glass gives wonderful views, it is also makes it very warm. Got some wonderful strawberries for breakfast from the local run village shop. Did not need to ask Roberta for anything but felt from communication beforehand that nothing would have been too much trouble.

Comfy single in peaceful house in Rainham,Kent

I arrived later than expected due to a train delay, but Anita was incredibly considerate and flexible with the check-in, which I really appreciated. It was such a warm welcome to find a homemade lemon dazzling cake and a refreshing elderflower fizzy drink waiting for me – a lovely personal touch after a long journey. I also loved the little garden right outside my room, perfect for some quiet time. The house is just a short walk from Riverside Country Park, where I enjoyed stunning sunsets each evening. A truly relaxing and thoughtful stay!

Idyllic countryside annexe

MaeveRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This stay was nothing short of perfection. As a quick and easy getaway from London accessible by train and 10-minute walk, I can’t recommend Michael and Emma’s place more highly. From the local recommendations (shoutout to the Farmhouse for a fab roast, Five Pointed Star for a dreamy outdoor area and Roses for coffee), to the annex itself being so clean with every detail thought of. Milk in the fridge, wine glasses, beautiful books and board games, luxurious towels and bedding all made us feel so comfortable. We loved sitting in the backyard and it felt private despite being an annex. Emma was so lovely to chat with - both before arriving and in-person when we checked out. You really feel their love for the property and the town. Even though it was a warm summer night, we had the skylights opened and it made for a beautiful airy and cool space. Definitely an AirBnB for both summer and winter. Looking forward to my next visit and it is certainly the perfect affordable London escape!

3 Bedroom Cottage in the Heart of Rochester.

Very nice clean space. Loved how the modern interior had been integrated in this eighteen hundreds building. The beds are exceptionally comfy. We had a great night sleep. Breakfast places are very close by in the main street just around the corner. Will definitely book again when the opportunity arises.
