Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Blloku, Tiranë

Thanks for the stay in your fine little apartment close the center of Tirana. Everything was nice, clean and easy. We enjoyed using the little garden, and how easy it was to walk to the beautiful center of your capital, with at lot of interesting things to do and see. And - by the way - thank you for helping us finding a good and cheap car to rent, for our further journey to Serenade.

Nice apartment, good instruction and localisation

Joni’s place was perfect for the two of us on our stay in Tirana. It was in a location close to restaurants and nightlife. It was also close enough to walk to many historical sites. The place was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We highly recommend staying at Joni’s place.

Wir haben eine Nacht in dem Apartment verbracht. Andi hat uns eine genaue Wegbeschreibung geschickt, so haben wir das Apartment schnell gefunden. Es war sauber, super gelegen (ruhige Umgebung) und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation war schnell und einfach. Wir würden das Apartment auch für einen längeren Zeitraum empfehlen. Everything was great here. Loved it and Esiana was a joy to deal with. I had everything I needed here and was super comfortable. Great apartment with lots of space and great quiet. I think it was an amazing location for the price. Thank you so much!

I messaged Xharije last min to check in the next day at 10am and she went above and beyond to make sure we have a place to stay in early morning, the original unit wasn’t available but she happily let us stay in another apartment until ours was ready. Her both places were SUPER clean, organised and had everything you need to feel like home. The unit is about 9min from Tirana airport which was very convenient for us. She offered us homemade dessert and espresso on her! Such a kind hearted lady that truly cares about her guests. Wish we had stayed longer but definitely next time!

Appartement très agréable, situé dans un quartier très sympathique et vivant. De très bons restaurants, cafés et bars accessibles à pieds. L'hôte donne des instructions très claires pour faciliter l'arrivée autonome et est toujours prêt à aider. Nous recommandons!

Yeah we stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s and this one is really centrally located in Tirana. It’s perfect. Everything was great. We stayed two nights no complaints at all, easy in easy out. You do need to follow the instructions to find it but other than that perfect location right behind our favourite coffee shop.

The apartment is situated in a very central area, it was really clean and tidy. Host as well was very helpful by giving us all the information needed.

Séjourner dans son appartement a été un vrai plaisir. L’emplacement était parfait, la maison était confortable et propre. Il ne manquait rien dans l'appartement, toute était mise en place avec soin. Je remercie son père pour son accueil très chaleureux. Je recommande vivement !

Die Unterkunft hat uns vollkommen überzeugt - sie sieht noch viel besser aus als auf den Bildern. In der Wohnung findet man alles vor, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Sie liegt zentral und man ist zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Nähe zu zahlreichen Restaurants/Cafes etc., da die Wohnung in einem Innenhof liegt ist sie aber auch sehr ruhig. Für uns waren mehrere Flaschen Wasser und ein albanisches Gebäck / Burek bereitgestellt - sehr lecker.

Eşimle beraber Balkan turu yaptık ilk durağımız Tiran'dı. burada 1 gece konakladık. ev çok güzeldi ve temizdi. tek sorun asansör olmamasıydı. valizleri çıkartma konusunda zorlandık sadece onun dışında ev mükemmeldi. ev sahibi ile iletişim çok rahattı. kibar insanlardı. Tirana tekrar gelirsek kalabileceğiniz bir ev ve konum olarak da her yere yürüme mesafesinde yakındı.

I had a great stay at Kristina’s place and for sure would stay again when in Tirana again. The great: (1) location - close to major downtown attractions, so many coffee shops and restaurants and yet in a quiet street. (2) the place has a huge balcony with a cover perfect to sit and enjoy the outside. (3) I needed to check in early for work related zoom calls and Kristina was generous enough to accommodate that - thank you so much Kristina. (4) the place was very clean and had everything I needed including a washer. recommendations: (1) if you drive a car, there is a 24h parking space right under the “Arena”, which is a 10min walk from the appartment. You will need a parking garage as there are no spots on the streets. You may not need a car though. It’s abut 16 euros for 24h - June 2025. (2) strolling around Sat morning along with the locals on tree covered streets with lots of families and seeing the daily routine with street vendors was a treat for me

Both Erion and Amarildo were wonderful to us. The apartment is newly refurbished, spacious and comfortable. The location is very close to Skanderberg Square and many restaurants. There is a market "Big Market" just around the back for basic staples. There is a lockbox just outside the building door and holds the keys inside. Amarildo gave us the code but was there to meet us and help us in. The only downside is it is a little hard to find as it is in a complex street/yard and there are 17 steps up (we are seniors). Our hosts helped us by carrying our large luggage up the steps for us. We would definitely recommend this apt. and would stay there again.

Super gemütliche Wohnung für unseres kurzen Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, sehr nah am Hauptplatz. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und das Check in und der Kontakt problemlos. Ich würde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

De accommodatie ligt centraal gelegen en op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden. Wanneer ik weer in Tirana ben zal ik hier zeker terugkomen.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. It’s located within a 10-minute walk from Skanderbeg Square, so we were able to rest at the apartment between sightseeing, which made our trip much more relaxing. The bus terminal is also less than 5 minutes away on foot, making it very convenient for travel. There’s a large supermarket right next to the apartment, and the area is full of restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment itself was extremely clean, with a modern living room, spotless bedding, and a pristine bathroom. there was absolutely nothing to complain about. Juli was kind and responded quickly to all my questions we were truly impressed. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic apartment, great views across Tirana. Great local cafes, reaturants on your doorstep, and much much more a short walk, as well as all the local attractions. Felt very safe at night, the locals are hugely considerate, polite and made us feel very welcome to what is definately a hidden gem. Would definately come back, either a romantic week or city break, and would definatley recommend the apartment, for cleanliness, location and value for money.

The accommodation was located very central in the city with everything in walking distance! Eni replied very quickly to our messages and the check in was easy to follow. The apartment was clean. Recommended for a stay in Tirana! (As parking is difficult in the streets we could recommend the „City Center Parking“ which is very close by)

A very nice place and stay!! At first I was worried bc I thought it would be difficult to find since the entrance was a bit hidden. But the host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. The area is very safe and nice with famous restaurants like Mugo and Salt. Would definitely recommend and book again:)

Wir waren für ein Junggesellenabschied dort mit acht Personen. Alles war sauber und sehr geräumig eignet sich super für größere Gruppen und die Lage ist einer der besten in Tirana, um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich würde jedem, der das Stadtleben erleben will dieses Apartment empfehlen.
