The house is newly renovated and in a quiet environment. There is a focus on nature and space for children with both toys, campfires and small animals in the garden. The house is not rented to youth groups, where everyone is aged 15-25 years. You can walk to the beach, nature and shops within a maximum of 1.5 km and there is the possibility of long walks. Esrum monastery, Søborg lake, Gilleleje, Helsinge, Gribskov etc. are within a maximum of 12 km. There are many activities in Gribskov municipality for all ages and interests

In addition, you will have your own exit to Gilbjergstien, with direct access to the city and hiking trails along the sea. Leave your car. You won't need it anymore. The cottage is in walking distance to everything in Gilleleje. Enjoy the quiet evenings and watch the big ships sail by.

Holiday home in quiet surroundings in Rågeleje with 3 bedrooms and an annex. There are 3 bathrooms ideal for 2 families with children. There is a very cozy alcove for a nap or cozy nook, including an outdoor shower. The house is surrounded by a very large terrace all around. The garden invites to ball games and play, including a sandbox. There is only 20 min walk (5 min by bike, there are 6 by the house) from the lovely beach. the famous Maglehøje is 100 m from the house.

Skøn belliggenhed med den helt rigtige sommerhusstemning. Trænger I til at trække stikket og nyde naturen og hinanden er dette sommerhus det helt rigtige valg. Her ånder fred og ro og kun 800 m. til stranden, hvor I kan nyde de smukkeste solnedgange. Hytten er beliggende i Smidstrup mellem Gilleleje og Rågeleje. Gilleleje by har et livligt handelsstrøg, gode resturanter og et skønt havnemiljø. Huset har 6 sovepladser et soveværelse, en hems samt et anneks.

NB! I perioden fra 1. Maj til ca. 1. juli 2026 vil der være renoveringsarbejde på ejendommen, og der må derfor påregnes støj og aktivitet omkring lejligheden i dagstimerne. Hyggelig alrum med stue/køkken, samt trappe til soveværelse på 1. salen. Trappen er stejl, og lejligheden egner sig derfor ikke til børn. OBS! I hverdagene kan der være lidt aktivitet på ejendommen pga. murervirksomhed, når de ansatte møder ind, vareindleveringer, osv.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.

The house has a large old garden with a terrace overlooking a small lake. The house is located 2.5 km from Rågeleje stand and 10 km from Gilleleje. Activities such as table tennis and a large trampoline are available.
