This was my second time staying here. It's a lovely little apartment, feels really homely. Perfectly clean and has everything you could need. The apartment is very easy to find and check-in to. Adam is a great host, very friendly and fast to respond to messages, he goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

Very comfortable with all the amenities that one would require. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of crockery and utensils. Communication was excellent with easy access instructions. Cleanliness was of the highest order. Location was excellent for our needs. Walkable to station supermarket and sights. Would highly recommend.

Nice airbnb located close to the train station which was great. Good for the price. Angie responded fast to any questions, which was greatly appreciated.

Just finished another weeks stay in Lawrence property. As usual Lawrence was on hand to solve any queries. Check in was easy with clear instruction and the Loft was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was greatly appreciated. The area is vey quite and peaceful with plenty of wildlife and I especially liked seeing the family of bats every evening. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks, Harvey

Fantastic place nestled within a beautiful modern homely community. Everything down to having all the different utensils required to make a good dish is there. The effort going into making this beautiful place so welcoming is great!

Spacious and spotlessly clean. We found the flat to be perfectly located for visiting the National Trust properties at Waddesdon, Cliveden and Greys Court. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The studio is in an idyllic location in the quiet countrywide with a lovely village pub within a couple of minutes walk. It was well equipped and the bed was very comfy. We loved having fresh eggs for breakfast on the patio over looking the chickens and alpacas! Really easy to get into Hitchin and would definitely come back in the future.

Beautifully kept and in a stunning location. The pictures don't do the the place justice. Much more spacious then the pictures let on. Surrounded by fields with horses and chickens outside. My kids loved it. I'll be looking to stay again at some point.

What a gem of a place. Deborah is a wonderful host and made us very welcome. The studio is spotless, comfortable and has some lovely touches like the plentiful coffee capsules, milk and shortbread. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area

Such a lovely place and location. Kinvara was a great host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. The Nest’s interior has been finished beautifully and has all amenities you would need. Couldn’t recommend it enough, and we would love to visit again in the future.

Simon’s place is in a lovely countryside, I really enjoyed my stay and feel like at home. Simon also provided clear communication for check in. Highly recommend!

Wow! This is one of the nicest BnB’s I have stayed in for such a great price! Anna is wonderful and her place is absolutely stunning. We were 4 girls on a weekend away to see a concert at Tottenham Stadium and it was everything we needed and then some! Super easy to get to the stadium and a parking space on the drive. The whole place was spotless and so beautifully designed/ decorated the photos do not even do justice how lovely it is. The outside area was a particular highlight, and luckily with the weather we were able to make the most of sitting around the garden table enjoying food and drinks. The spa house at the bottom of the garden was an added bonus which we were super lucky to experience, we used both the hot tub and sauna and had a beautiful evening. I would 100% recommend Anna’s home and actually, we are already trying to find a reason to stay here again! Thank you Anna :)

Very warm and well equipped lodge. Completely private - didn't hear a soul over the stay. Very comfortable bed and decent wifi. It's a remote location but there are villages with shops a few miles away.

Michelle was an incredible host. She communicated brilliantly and did everything possible to make us feel welcome. An excellent location across the road from the Thameslink. We would stay with her again.

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

Fernando was an incredible host, from the first message to the last message (he was also always super quick to respond). He helped a group of 6 of us out last minute and quite literally saved our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, and the location was lovely! The photos don’t do the accommodation justice - it’s a great little getaway and we all left feeling like the place, and the host deserved well more than 5 stars. We would all highly recommend, and none of us had a fault we could find. We hope to come back for the same time next year availability permitting! Thank you again!
