The advertising is correct - visit Barcelona, stay at the beach. Barcelona is about 40 minutes away by train (which is a short walk). The beach is just across the road and under the train line - perfect for the hot days we had. Also close to lots of small supermarkets for food and wine; also to many beach cafes and town restaurants (note the Spanish eat late - after 1pm for lunch; after 8pm for dinner)

This apartment exceeded all expectations for our long weekend escape. The views are absolutely breathtaking - watching the scenery from the balcony became our favorite activity morning and evening. The peaceful location was exactly what we needed to unwind and recharge. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a tranquil retreat with stunning views!

Absolutely loved this place! The location is perfect, just steps from the beach, and the whole space has such a calm, beautiful energy. Fantastic view overlooking the sea. Unusually for this part of the coast there is no road or train line between you and the beach. So very quiet with easy access. Host met us which makes a nice change. Plenty of products in kitchen and bathroom. Recommended.

I was looking for quiet place with with easy access to cycle around Catalunya mountains. I definitely found the perfect place. easy access with many roads to travel and trek around on my bike. Great locations and destination. many restaurants in very short walking distance. Friendly people, quiet neighborhood, secure location. Definitely great place to get away from the major cities and clutter of people. More small town friendly location. Highly recommend. Domingo always responded quickly. checked in with me several times during my 1 month stay to make sure all was okay and I was happy.

We were on a family vacation in Spain for the first time. We really liked it. Communication with Victor was very pleasant, he met me in person, suggested where and how). The apartment was in very good condition, clean, with a beautiful sea view. We plan to come back for a vacation. We recommend it to those who are looking for a good apartment for a good budget.

The apartment is very modern, clean, and cozy! It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the beach — just like in the photos. Everything matched the listing perfectly. The only downside was a slight damp smell, but it disappears when the balcony is open. The apartment has everything you might need — from towels, dishes, and an iron to beach umbrellas. Every little detail is thoughtfully provided! Kim is a very kind and responsive host, always in touch and ready to help. Our vacation was wonderful — I truly wish Kim all the best!

Beautiful accommodation with sea view, the photos correspond perfectly to reality, everything was clean, very cozy. Very well-equipped apartment, we had a great stay, we will be back soon and I will go through Monica again because I am more than satisfied, thank you again

The house is beautiful and the welcome from Sergio, even better. We waited to personally show us the facilities of the house and to give us recommendations on the area's beaches. The accommodation was undoubtedly dreamed: the best sunsets and views of Canyelles, walking distance to beautiful beaches. We would definitely go back a thousand times!

The view from the villa was truly amazing. Really well equipped villa for a larger group as well, but do note that the fourth bedroom is actually the living room. Luckily that room was really big so the extra beds fit there well. Sylvia was a great host and offered help and flexibility when we needed it.

It was our 2nd time staying in the beautiful house and we loved it even more than the first time. We didn’t even get a car to travel around and just stayed most of the time on the beautiful Terrasse and walked to the supermarket and to the beach. It’s the perfect place to stay and it has everything you need. Jose Juan is incredibly fast in his communication and always helpful.

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. Silvia's flat in the Vila de Gracia neighborhood was perfect in location, and perfect quiet neighborhood feel. First of all, she was very sweet and personally greeted us, gave us instructions on how all the amenities worked, and left us a great little list of local places to eat. We took advantage, and the two places we tried were great! If we stayed longer, we would have had the time to try all her recs. Second, the eclectic style of her place was just great, especially for my two daughters. They both loved it. The backyard patio was beautiful. Like many Spanish style homes, out in the street, it doesn't look like anything. Just a door and maybe a window out front. But once you go inside, it opens up, usually with a beautiful tropical/lush garden out back. We really enjoyed her personal interior decoration style. Third, it was very centrally located for our needs. We focused on visiting Casa Batllo, and the Sagrada as we has a short stay. And it was perfect for walking to them.

Fantastic views and great outside spaces to socialise and have fun. Close to Blanes, local beaches and easy to reach the rest of the Costa Brava area. Max was very helpful with his communicate and advice.

This darling beach cottage was exactly as described! It was the perfect vacation spot right on the sand. The little cove was gorgeous with the bluest water. The inside was charming and had everything we could have asked for. The town was very walkable and had many restaurant options. We can’t wait to return! It was a fantastic vacation, the apartment had everything we needed, the pool was very nice and the lack of air conditioning was overcome thanks to the fans. Maribel was very helpful, and welcomed us very well, with useful tips about the region and the house, making the stay very pleasant.

Ana is very welcoming and friendly. Despite the language barrier (I understand Spanish but I have trouble speaking it), we understood each other very well. Well arranged and clean😊 apartment, very well renovated bathroom. Nearby sea view. Very well secured residence in the heart of a neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment, ideal for 2, quite acceptable for 4 for a short time. Parking can be a little complicated in the evening when everyone has already returned, but it is not a real problem. If you want to have a pleasant stay by the sea, this is the right place.

Pleasant apartment, very clean (this is an important criterion for feeling good), very nice view of the pool and the sea. The accommodation is away from the crowds of Roses, which is nice to be able to breathe and rest. I have nothing to say, everything was perfect. Be sure to read the instruction manual for the arrival because otherwise number 26 is discreet I find. I highly recommend it!:)

We were a small family with two children and this was our second time in Joan's apartment. We enjoyed it very much again. Before check-in, we received the instructions again and were therefore well prepared again. Even an early morning check-in was no problem. The apartment had everything we needed and Joan as a host was quick to reach. The use of the pool was a dream for our daughter and was used sufficiently.

We had a lovely stay at Christian's apartment, which is very nicely decorated. You feel right at home. It's clean and check-in was wonderful! The bed is comfortable and it has pretty much everything you need. The absolute plus is the proximity to the sea! Due to the location towards the courtyard, it can be a little louder at night, because it is a large complex with many parties. But the apartment itself, the great check-in and the proximity to the sea make up for it. Thank you, Cristian!
