The Plover, Retreat at Ten Acres near Holt

AleashaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for five nights at Peta's place with our two year old. The house is so beautiful and the surroundings so calm and peaceful. Peta recommended a few walks out of the door for little legs but you do need to go a little further afield for longer walks which we didn't mind at all. Everything was spotless on arrival and we had a lovely cake a local apple juice waiting for us on arrival. Peta was always responsive and gave us great ideas on things to do. The bed is SO comfy and we all slept very well during our stay. We weren't blessed with the best weather but when we could, sitting in the two gardens was perfect. We would highly recommend a stay here!

A charming converted Wood Shed in unique setting

Superb cottage. Compact but everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Private, ample parking. Peaceful and so very relaxing. Close to the places we love to visit in North Norfolk and no traffic jams. Probably the best we have stayed in.

The Walled Garden at Thursford Castle

MattRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed at Sally’s beautiful place for our mini-moon, Sally organised flowers, chocolate and champagne as a surprise for my wife on arrival, and helped us with renting bikes for a bike ride through the local area. The place was spotless and we loved every minute of it. Definitely one to remember, thank you Sally!

Hope Cottage- Flint cottage close to Morston Quay.

AndrianaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a very relaxing stay at Hope Cottage in the Easter holidays with our two kids. It is a spacious home, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful garden which can be enjoyed from the conservatory if the weather isn’t cooperating. The kitchen is very well equipped for self catering and the extra treats - fresh flowers in the bedrooms, Prosecco and home made jam and chutney in the fridge on arrival - really made it special. Jill and Peter were friendly and helpful but never intrusive. The cottage is well located to explore north Norfolk and the walk to Blakeney along the coastal path is gorgeous and accessible to kids. Only disappointment was that the Anchor is closed - hopefully not forever. Thank you Peter and Jill.

The Tin Train

TomRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My partner and I had a wonderful stay in The Tin Train. We loved how thoughtfully the space had been designed, and this consideration extended to how well we felt accommodated - with some thoughtful and personal touches throughout. There is a great history to the train, and the main house, which it felt exciting to be connected to. The area is beautiful too, very quiet, just the birdsong greeting us each morning. It felt very secluded and we'd definitely like to stay again, especially as we have grandparents up the road who can babysit the kids. Would thoroughly recommend
