The house and location are very versatile and can meet any need from the traveling business person to families, couples, and solo guests. It is located in the center of business areas, colleges, outdoor activities, and other travel destinations. While we are close to many business areas and attractions, this is a country setting and we share our location with various wildlife common to Pennsylvania.

Feel welcomed in this quiet, clean, modern suite on the edge of Indiana borough. This dedicated Airbnb apartment is attached to my house with a separate entrance. Both beds are in the same large room much like a hotel room. It has a cork floor and a king size bed and full size futon couch/bed with a gel foam mattress cover. Simple but elegant decor. Make yourself Keurig coffee and watch Netflix! I am available to answer your questions and ensure that you have a comfortable stay.

Rustic Spring House on sheep ranch. 68 acres to roam with stream, ponds, sheep, horses, donkeys, and chickens. Enjoy the life of a shepherd, within three mile of a quaint college town and home of Jimmy Stewart and 30 min. from Smicksburg, an Amish community. It's very reminiscent of a true Scottish BnB with North Country Cheviot Sheep. When available, breakfast is served in the main farm house. My husband and I stayed at Rafaela’s place for one night and had a wonderful experience. She was responsive, flexible and helpful. The space was so well thought out and very clean. It had everything we needed & was very comfortable! She even had homemade treats for our arrival :) It was walkable with lots of shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again!!!

The home was very clean. It's located in a quiet, private neighborhood. Luke was very quick to respond when we had a question during our stay. The kitchen is well equipped with clean, functional appliances and lots of utensils. The back deck is large and comfortable with lots of seating. We enjoyed our stay and won't hesitate to consider staying here again when we are in the area.

Sara is an excellent host. She responds quickly to any questions. Her place is just as described and very comfortable. The house has a great layout and the beds are super comfy. My dog enjoyed the trails and the baby bunnies (from a distance). The closeness to Indiana (restaurants, shopping) is convenient. I did an easy day trip to Pittsburgh. Would definitely recommend this place if visiting IUP.

From the first inquiry to checking out, Chris has been a wonderful host. He was accommodating and quick to respond when i needed to make changes to my reservation. I felt completely at home the whole time I was there. The entire home was clean as were the towels and bed linens. The home felt peaceful, relaxing and completely safe. It’s nicely located for walking to main street. I will definitely be planning my return stay!
