Gergana is a great, caring host, the house was very beautiful and we had a great time! I highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day!

Изключително добро място за почивка и събирания. Бяхме компания от 14 възрастни и 3 деца. За всяко семейство имаше самостоятелна баня. Механата и кухнята са напълно оборудвани. Има печки, котлони, микровълнова, навън има барбекю и пещ. Обстановката предразполага за почивка и добро изкарване. Собствениците и управителя са много отзивчиви и реагират мигновено на нашите въпроси. Имам желание отново да посетя Огражденска къща.

If you are looking for a quiet, well-furnished place with great surroundings and friendly hosts in Bulgaria, don't look any further. This was a great, relaxing stay next to the Dospat reservoir lake. The hosts are very friendly, respond in a second, and are always willing to go out of their way to meet all our requests (which were a few). Don't forget that a jacuzzi and sauna are included, as well as a fireplace that creates a great cozy atmosphere. Warm recommendation, and hopefully we will come back again soon.

Reni is an incredible host, taking care of her guests and proactively making them feel at home. The chalet is big & warm and the rooms are spacious. The location is 2 min walk away from old town, 5 min walk from main street, 10min walk to ski lift. I highly recommend her.

The villas are private and luxurious. They have everything needed for a peaceful and quiet experience. The only weird thing is that the AC system can work only on heating or cooling for the entire villa and this can be changed only by a technician. In the same time the villas are close enough to the hotel and spa complex and you can easily use them. It’s very convenient. The food there is excellent and you can order room service in case you don’t want to visit the restaurant. Overall, it’s definitely worth the money!

The place was very clean and tidy and it is very well equipped with everything one might need. It is not far away from the highway in a remote small village. We felt at home immediately and it was perfect for 1 night stay. Owner’s parents met us but they spoke only bulgarian and that was a bit of a challange, but in the end everything worked out ok. We would love to come back in the future.

A truly lovely place to stay, all you could need when being away with very helpful info if you need it. We stayed while skiing and snowboarding and it was perfect. Lots of space and close to amenities if you just wanted a quiet day. Bansko is a 10 minute drive by taxi or we got a mini bus for all 8. There is a free shuttle bus from reception to Bansko on the hour. Would definitely come and stay again. Svetoslava was very quick to respond to any questions and a perfect host.

Прекрасно място за почивка! Престоят ни в тази къща за гости беше повече от прекрасен! Още с пристигането ни посрещнаха с усмивка и топло отношение, което веднага ни накара да се почувстваме като у дома си. Стаите са просторни, чисти и уютни, обзаведени с вкус и внимание към детайла. Дворът е чудесен за сутрешно кафе или вечерно барбекю, с много зеленина и място за отдих. Домакините бяха изключително любезни и отзивчиви. Препоръчваме горещо това място на всеки, който търси уют, чистота и пълноценна почивка. Определено бихме се върнали отново!

Изключително местенце за почивка. Внимателен и гостоприемен домакин. Имахме едно незабравимо изживяване с моите приятели и отново бихме посетили вилата. До скоро :)

Very cosy interior with internal fireplace. The bedrooms are clean and well furnished. Well equipped kitchen and baby-friendly. Loved it, will definitely come again!

What a beautiful place ! We enjoyed our short stay tremendously ( the kids esspecially ) . The entire Vila was clean, stocked and beautifully furnished . The host went out of her way to help us with check in and accommodations. We will definitely return again , if we come back to the area again .
