Guillaume was nice and very responsive. Stayed in the apartment for a month and there was no other apartment at a more affordable price in Toulouse. A very handy location with a direct access to the bypass and free parking. The apartment would benefit from better and more pleasant lighting and a more detailed clean. Overall, great for short and cost-effective stays!

Everything was perfectly clean, a bit tight for 4 people but 1 night worth’s it. There are great restaurants around nearby and the tram station as well. Great allocation. Beautiful and cozy place. Just what we wanted

If you wish to get the most of your visit to Toulouse, stay at David’s place. It is near every important site and excursion meeting point! The place is comfortable and has both restaurants and grocery stores very near. David is a great host: very responsive and understanding. I recommend!

Appartement ultra-pratique, idéal pour un déplacement pro (espace de travail au top !) mais convient aussi pour le tourisme. La place de parking réservée et l'accès privé sont précieux dans cette grande ville. L'espace est plutôt grand pour un appartement de ce type. Romain est super réactif et aidant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L'emplacement était bien. L'appartement était propre, confortable et bien équipé. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit!

Très bon emplacement. Carrefour market est accessible à pied ,ainsi que le centre est a quelques minutes seulement. Calme.Le sejour avec le bébé et un animal domestique est parfait dans ce logement.

La résidence est sécurisée et dispose d'un parking .Pour se rendre au centre de Toulouse,l'arrêt du bus est tout proche . On peut se rendre à pied à la cité de l'espace. Comme il faisait chaud, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine . L'appartement a un petit balcon où on peut déjeuner . Nous avons passé un séjour agréable .
