Holiday rentals with a patio in Blaenau Gwent

A hidden gem on the mountain side. Stunning views, lovely walks and dog friendly. Very clean and comfortable with friendly hosts. Good walking access to Sugar Loaf mountain and five minute drive in to lovely market town of Abergavenny. Very peaceful and relaxed stay.

Lovely spot to explore Brecon Beacon and rest after a long day of exploring. Would be great if it had some little extra things such as a sponge to wash dishes, but provided with towels and most basic necessities. Host was super responsive and helpful. Would super recommend it!

I cannot recommend this place enough, it was so beautiful and peaceful. The room was incredibly cozy and cute. Amy prepared the place extremely thoughtfully and has so many touches of home. She provides amazing amenities and keeps toothpaste, toothbrushes and other toiletries for guests.

Just what we needed! Kitchen was well stocked with what you would need for simple meals! Coffee and tea provided!

Have stayed in quite a few different airbnb's in the area for trips to bike park Wales, and this is easily the best. Highly recommended.

Wonderful! I didn’t want to leave… The lodge is very comfortable, well equipped and laid out and private. It was my dad’s first Airbnb and he wouldn’t stop going on about how impressive it was and how they’d thought of everything. I don’t think he’ll be going back to the Abergavenny Premier Inn. Deb and Wayne are delightful hosts, friendly and kind and will be happy to talk to you and let you feed their sheep, or just leave you to your privacy if that’s what you prefer. The location is peaceful, rural and beautiful while close to town and the golf course, if you like that sort of thing. I can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic cottage, pleasantly even more spacious than pics showed. Well equipped. Excellent location. Warm, friendly environment with thoughtful extra touches.

Well kept property. Friendly neighbours. The wood fire was ready set up for use with supplies. Instruction manual on hand. Some basics provided which was a lively touch.

Used as a base for Bike Park Wales. Easy access to anything and everything we needed. Friendly host, only top happy to help. A comfortable, clean space that felt like home. Large social areas, perfect for friends or families. The double garage is a bonus. True gem of a booking and highly recommended.

The communication from booking to leaving was fantastic. The flat is spotlessly clean. A lot of thought has been put into it too make guest extremely comfortable. It was great sitting on the large veranda area in the evening as the sun went down. By far this is the best Airbnb I have stayed in. We will be booking again and again. Beautiful apartment with stunning views over Royal Porthcawl golf course and out to sea. Jonny was a great host. We really enjoyed our stay and will look forward to visiting again.

We stayed at Norman's for two months while we renovated a house. Perfect location close to the city - Gloucester Rd, Whiteladies, city centre etc. Really lovely flat with private walled garden covered in rambling roses in beautiful Georgian Kingsdown. Flat very clean and comfortable and well equipped kitchen. Norman super helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here.

We booked this last minute for a quick getaway and we will definitely return! Such a beautiful apartment with loads of outdoor space and the children’s bedroom was dreamy! They’ve requested the same lights at home! All the little touches were very much appreciated, thank you again Dave for being so wonderful :)

We had the most wonderful stay with Mags. The house is stunning, surrounded by the most beautiful landscaped gardens. It was lovely to wake up to the birdsong in the morning. The property itself is cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We slept great and the shower is excellent! Lastly, Mags was the cherry on top. She was kind, attentive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, albeit we only stayed for one night. One of the best Air BnBs we’ve stayed in - we hope we can find an excuse to come back again. Brava!

Kevin’s place was wonderful. His home was inviting, spacious and very clean. The pictures on the site were accurate. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra touches in the house made for a welcoming stay. Location was excellent. Being in the city central there were many things to do and see and it was so close to the train station and bus depot. Communication with the host was excellent and the he promptly responded to any request. We would highly recommend staying there.
