We all commented on how it would be a great place to stay for a week. it had lots to do like basketball, pool, darts, theater, and video games. Nice grill on a large patio right off the kitchen. Spacious area for a large group. was decorated very tasteful but not cluttered. Great to have the washer and drier, as we did use it. would love to rent that house. If we were ever in this area again.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. It was close enough that we didn’t feel like we had to travel a long distance to get to local restaurants or attractions, but far enough out that it was quiet and peaceful. The upstairs bedroom was a little colder than anticipated, so extra blankets or a space heater of some kind would’ve been nice, but overall a very nice and cozy place to stay! Plus, we stayed during a huge snow and the temps outside were extremely low, which probably added to the chill. The host is super quick to respond and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our hotel block fell through at the last minute for an out of town soccer tournament. We booked this stay relatively last minute about a week, week and a half before our travel date. The owner was friendly and very helpful and the home accommodated our family of 5 perfect. The location was good, the place was clean and very comfortable. It also offered booking flexibility up to 48 hours prior to our arrival. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Denice was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. She made check in and check out super easy. The location is in a mostly commercial area so we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the apartment was. And it is conveniently located in cedar falls. We had multiple families staying here for state trap and it was perfect! Blue house had ample room and our boys loved the hot tub, arcade games, and river access. Everything was extremely clean and thoughtfully stocked. The host even supplied fresh flowers and a fruit basket.
