The place is located at the end of a quiet cottage area and consists of a main house and an annex with a sauna. The garden is shielded with hedges from the road and neighbors, and a wild fence from the Gudenå river. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common to the cottage area is a green area down to the Gudenåen river where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (However, there is a lot of current in the river).

Huset er indrettet med en stue med tekøkken, badeværelse med brus og et lille soveværelse med en seng på 140 cmx200 cm. Herfra er der udgang til en terrasse, hvor man kan nye en kop kaffe i solen med udsigt til haven. Der er tale om en enestående bolig, med en fortid som kunstnerhjem. Centrally located between Silkeborg, Randers, Viborg and Aarhus. 2.2 km to Ans lake shore where there is the possibility of swimming, sailing and fishing. There are plenty of activities within a few kilometers, including Tange Sø Golf Club, Ans Circle Walk route, a mountain bike ride in the forest, Tange Elmuseet.
