we had a few issues but Jeremy kept in touch and resolved the issues he also refunded 2 night's which was a significant amount and I really appreciate that professional action. I would definitely stay there again and will definitely spread the word 5 star treatment all the way!!

We enjoyed our stay in Broken Arrow! The house looked exactly like the photos. We enjoyed the neighborhood as well.

We loved staying at this house. The pool was so fun for the kids and we were grateful for the fenced in yard. It was a short walk to the school park and the neighborhood was very safe. The house felt very homey and clean. It was very appropriate for lots of kids without breakable decorations.

We gathered with another family for a graduation celebration and found this peaceful home to be worth every penny. The only suggestion we had was concerning the multi- leveled living room-dining areas, which seemed to be a hazard that would be better navigated if marked. The pool was clean, bathrooms were luxurious, and living room area was spacious and inviting for entertaining guests. The exterior patio had plenty of seating, a large backyard for the kids to run, and was well- lit for night time chats with the family. The peaceful neighborhood invitated long walks with gorgeous aged trees. We were tremendously satisfied with our stay!

There was 6 of us on this trip, the house was a perfect size. Upstairs is the bedroom with a King bed and bathroom, walk out onto a patio that was nice. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom was downstairs with a queen bed. 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a chair that opens to a twin bed. All bedrooms had large closets. The kitchen has a nice selection of pots, pans and dishes. The pantry had oils and spices which was nice. Our trip was in April so not the season for the pool. The backyard is private with lots of big trees. The area was nice and we felt safe and secure. Easy to get around Tulsa from here.

The best AirBnB we've ever stayed in, hands down, and we've stayed in many around the U.S. They've thought of anything you might need, and the quality of everything - from the construction of the house, to amenities, to the linens, to the artwork and other decor - all TOP NOTCH. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the special touches and hospitality.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan and Heather's place. We traveled from Massachusetts to visit our kids and grandsons and needed more space to keep us all together during the trip. The price was definitely on point, being quite competitive against other Airbnb options, and we saved more vs. renting multiple hotel suites while being able to enjoy the "at home together" experience. The house was very pretty, clean, and tastefully decorated. Nice quiet neighborhood. Communication was great before and during, with any questions answered right away. Best of all, the pool was a monster hit with our grandsons!

I travel a lot with my husband for his work. This was one of the cleanest and nicest Airbnb locations. It was extremely well stocked. A nice coffee bar with multiple choices of sweeteners and creamers. When I arrived, I realized that I had forgotten my razor but the all the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, hair dryers, toothpaste and disposable razors. I only wish I could have stayed longer. It was also incredibly close to restaurants and stores and all my door dash food arrived within 30 mins or less. When I return, I will check this location to stay first.

Broken Arrow and this Airbnb were awesome. We loved the downtown which was walkable, friendly, full of "Art" and life, highly recommend the bookstore one block off main, The Saturday Market downtown, Functified/a local trinket store, and The Lima Peru Restaurant/but probably need to drive to as they serve authentic Peruvian food. Barbara is very helpful at making your stay personalized.

Great place, it is attached to his house which I didn’t pay attention to but there was no issues there it felt private and was a good stay and cozy!

Sharon was very responsive, flexible and made sure we were comfortable. The listing was just as described, very clean, well-stocked and had just the right personal touch. We would definitely rent from her again!

We had an amazing experience! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. the kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, the beds were comfy and cozy. Even tho my trip got cut short I enjoyed my stay. It was in a good location for my trip needs. It was a nice place!

Quaint little place perfect for 2 with room for more, if needed. Next to the Rose district if travel allows for a walk downtown. Cozy beds and equipped kitchen made for good nights rest and breakfast to get the day started.

Gracie"s Cozy Home is a good location for us when visiting family in Broken Arrow. It is very accommodating for us, our two fur babies, and family as they come to visit according to their individual work/school schedules. Gracie has always been responsive to any questions we have had, or notifications to her of any concerns. We will definitely use the Cozy Home for future visits - we know the layout and have a routine down for relaxing and enjoying our time in BA. Kudos to Gracie for a comfortable "home away from home."

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. The kids especially loved the pool—it was perfect for relaxing and having fun. The neighborhood is great, with a park just down the street and a big walking loop where you’ll see lots of friendly people out and about. We definitely recommend checking out The Gathering Place—it’s an amazing spot for families. We'd happily stay here again!

I saw Tulsa and expected to be in a downtown neighborhood. was pleasantly surprised upon arrive that it was out into the country more, but still very close to everything. the house was beautiful, and the host was very thoughtful.

We stayed for 6 weeks for business and Mike reached out numerous times to offer to have any items shipped to us during our stay. The neighborhood is nice and it is convenient to anything Tulsa. Will book again if ever in the area. 5 stars for service.
