Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Bishkek

Great place for a family - plenty of space and comfortable beds & couch plus 2 bathrooms! Good location just a block from restaurants and shopping, between two main roads. Hostess was very helpful and quick to communicate once we arrived. She coordinated a fan for the 1 bedroom without an A/C and stools for the table (there are now 5 seats). Washer and drying rack worked great and there were plenty of linens for the beds. We didn't see any blankets/comforters but we didn't needs any in summer. FYI: If you plan on cooking/eating in the kitchen, the cookware and eatery is limited - we could just make it work for 5 people. We left a coffee press. However, the hostess was very responsive and perhaps we just needed to ask for more items :) We would definitely stay again.

Indeed, I rarely choose home stays comparing to hotels since I’m usually travelling solo and I always make combination of popular hostel and luxury hotels because I am a person who can’t compromise but this is I believe my 2nd time in a home stay, one I had in Istanbul, Turkey long back… I believe even home stays are good since they are pretty cheap, my experience was good because of connectivity with host, he is a great gentleman with a very friendly nature, thanks a lot 🙏

We had a great time! The pool was perfect, and the hosts were wonderful. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a nice peaceful stay!

I loved my stay with Aida, so much so that I extended my stay here for another month! She was always friendly and responsive and I really enjoyed just chatting in the kitchen. I would recommend the location as a base to explore Bishkek - restuarants, supermarkets, and gyms are easy to get to but the area itself is peaceful.

Our travel plans changed and we unfortunately had to cancel our booking. However Elena and Jørgen still took time to talk with us a tuesday evening. They were interested in hearing about our travels and aiding with any questions we might have. We ended up having a really nice one hour long phone call with Jørgen before going to Kyrgyzstan 🇰🇬 He shared insider information with us and is a really interesting and knowledgeable conversationalist. SO while we didn’t get to stay at their place this time around, I’m sure Elena and Jørgen are genuinely interested in helping out and sharing their knowledge about Kyrgyzstan with you. They seem to really embody the home stay spirit ☀️
