Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Biscayne Gardens

The space was great, loved the outdoor area and the hosts were quick to communicate with us as far as check-in and any other questions. Close to a lot of good food options and easy to get rides anywhere in the Miami area.

From the beginning the communication was outstanding, we were even allowed to check in a little early and that made my travels even better! Thank you for accommodating me and my team.

Best Host I've ever dealt with. If you are ever in Miami please reach out to Dwayne . Big bro took care of us the whole trip with things he went above and beyond with. Example arriving to the house he had already had a Chef making a full course meal for me and my guest . He didn't have to do that but he is really a solid guy. We definitely will be coming back and going directly to him for sure. 5 stars all around the board the house was clean and had everything ready to be used .

My family and I stayed here for my daughter's 18th celebration in Miami. We absolutely loved our stay. Very beautiful home, just like the pictures as shown. You can tell the hosts put a lot of time and thought into the decor and cleanliness of the house. As soon as we walked in, I noticed how clean and fresh it smelled. FIVE STARS. Check-in was at 4 p.m., but Adriana and Ricardo allowed us to check in early. PERFECT location within 10-30 minutes of everything, including the airport. They are very trustworthy, My daughter forgot her iPad. I called and spoke with Ricardo, and he mailed it the following day. Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — quiet, but still close to everything. We especially loved the small terrace with the string lights — it was so cozy and charming in the evenings. Communication with Cali was easy and friendly. We felt completely at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Beautiful beach condo. Great access to elevators and laundry! Convenient in and out parking. Liliana was a lovely hostess and very helpful during our stay. Will definitely consider staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and absolutely beautiful, right next to a lake—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The home was clean, well-maintained, and looked exactly like it did in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this place! We loved everything about our stay, and Deniz went above and beyond as a host. Perfect location, close to everything but tucked away on a quiet street and right on the river! We loved sitting on the dock watching the boats go by, and the easy walk to the beach. The water taxi even picked us up right at the property! We also enjoyed the pool, shuffleboard, and renting the nearby B Cycle bikes to explore the area. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We messaged Deniz to ask if there was a blender somewhere and she had one delivered within the hour. Slept great every night. There’s nowhere else I would stay in Fort Lauderdale!

This house is all that and more! The incredibly kind host, Pascal, met up with our group to walk through the amenities in the house, and even welcomed us with a bottle of bubbly. The house looks exactly like what the pictures look like, and is close to really great restaurants and The Citadel. 5 stars all around - highly recommend!!

Our stay at Hans’ Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned for a comfortable and high-tech experience. The home is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern technology and cozy charm. It’s a digitally connected, secure smart home. Kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The bedrooms were spacious & decorated,& the beds were incredibly comfortable. Every room had a TV with full connectivity, and there were even gaming consoles for entertainment, which was a fantastic! The dining area was perfect for enjoying meals together, & the entire home was spotlessly clean & well-maintained. Hans was an exceptional host always available, quick to respond to any questions & incredibly helpful. His attention to detail & dedication to providing a great guest experience made a huge difference. I highly recommend this property.

We picked this location bc my son was getting married in the area and Roxette and her team became so involved in helping us understand distances from the wedding venue while we were still coordinating from PA. I felt like they were personally invested in our wedding joy! The house was spotless when we walked in and provided everything we needed! They were also so quick to respond to our questions . The outdoor kitchen and pool area was perfect for our rehearsal dinner! Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! We had about 8-10 people in the home for a long weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The home was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and comfortable in every way. The host's communication was outstanding—quick, clear, and super helpful throughout the entire process.
