Great location . Very safe feeling. Would stay there again with no hesitation. As well the host was amazing.

Absolutely loved this place. Midland overall is safe, but this neighborhood definitely felt safe, its nearby a school and the hospital. My favorite thing about this place was that it actually felt homey. After a long day, it was so nice to cook in our own private space and relax, plus this space was spacious! My second favorite part was having a pack n’ play and high chair on site. This made travel with my toddler a breeze! Will definitely use this place again!

We stayed over two weeks at Lori's place. It was an excellent experience. Lori is so thoughtful and kind. She prepared a bunch of things like seasonings , body lotion, toothbrush and toothpaste travel set, make up towels. Those are not on the listing but she offered. To make us stay as convenient as at our own home. The house local is quiet and safe. It's walking distance to the beautiful Dow Garden and Midland Center For The Arts. It's close to the Tridge and Midland downtown as well. Also a few miles from many restaurants and Meijer supermarket and the malls. It was an excellent experience. We highly recommend Lori's place.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at Andrea's place!! It was absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need. 5 minutes or less from the mall and top golf!! It was 30 minutes to ford field for a concert. Great place to stay to experience the city in peace and relaxation. Wish we could have stayed longer!! Even though it's in a basement it was so private and we felt so safe. 10/10 recommend

Spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Fabian‘s home is a real oasis in Flint. Close to downtown, near some coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The street is quiet from traffic and feels secure. Lots of thoughtful touches. Had a great stay here for two nights.

Cindy’s place was great and she was very accommodating as we were towing a trailer. She made sure to have a place for us to park and greeted us when we arrived. Very convenient location at a fair and reasonable price. I will stay again without hesitation.

In 2024 my son found this listing and booked the apartment for us to stay during graduation weekend. The apartment was very close to his college rental. The listing, price, host and apartment worked out so well, I rebooked for 2025 masters graduation. I highly recommend this location and apartment for any MSU events.

I had such a wonderful stay at this place! It was a perfect location - close to MSU and shopping, it had a gorgeous yard and artwork, and it was SO CLEAN. Communication was great, and it was nice to briefly meet the owner and the dogs. :) As the description states, it is a basement so you will hear the family moving about upstairs. That said, it was not bothersome for me, the space is very private, and I was able to relax and get work done during times I was not visiting campus. This is one of the nicest airbnb homes I've stayed in, and I would absolutely return. Thank you!

Kyle's place was perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy home cooked meals which was nice. The full working laundry 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was good to come home & relax after our long days of visiting our brother who was in a hospice in Waterford. What I loved most about Kyle's place was that it felt comfortable, spacious & homely. Great location with walkable shops and restaurants right around the corner from the Capitol for sightseeing. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay however we only stayed one night. We would stay again when in Lansing.😀

We really enjoyed our 4 days at Dana’s. Birmingham is a beautiful neighborhood, very sweet neighbors. Dana’s place was very comfortable, shower was hot, small kitchen was perfect to prepare breakfast. We would definitely feel lucky to stay here again.

Great last minute stay. Had everything I needed. Spacious and comfortable. I travel with my dogs so finding such a nice place that allows them is great. Very nice walk along the river and a park nearby. Lots of restaurants and a really cute downtown. Would stay again.

I just love this place and will probably find reasons to stay again! We were in between selling and buying a house in December and needed a place to call home. Not only did it feel like home but all the beautiful decorations and lights allowed us to get in the Christmas spirit during such an uprooted time for us. With Bronners just 20 minutes and much less the cost of staying in Frankenmuth with decorations to rival them, this is an amazing find! Every time I needed them they were extremely helpful and fast and also non-intrusive. Thank you!

Kendra is very nice. My family stayed here for ten days. The room was as described in the photo. It was well furnished with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the squirrels run around. The location is close a lake and there is a Kroger in five minutes drive.Kendra was very helpful with our living needs. We enjoyed our stay, I would definitely recommend her house and would choose this house again next time.

This was a beautiful home to stay in. It made the trip to Michigan worthwhile downtown. Fenton was absolutely amazing. There’s lots to do in a variety of things to do for anybody. The place was nice clean and efficient. The gym was super cool. The TVs were nice. All of the appliances worked well. I would definitely stay here again if I come to Michiganthank you again for being such a great host.

Have stayed here multiple times while visiting the Flushing area. Great location to downtown. Easy parking, walkable. Each unit I’ve stayed in has its own unique charm. Super clean, safe and quiet. I’d highly recommend!
