Holiday rentals with a patio in Bintaro Jaya

I came here for a family vacation and it turned out that everyone really liked the place, the AC worked well, the water was smooth, the place was clean and tidy. The place was very comfortable and the apartment facilities were complete and it also felt shady because it was surrounded by many trees. I will stay here again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you Siska for always fast respond when I ask something, you’re very helpful.

I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The bed was super comfy, and I liked how bright the place gets in the morning. The big window was great too, nice view of the neighborhood and its beautiful houses, especially while working. I also loved having an Indomaret right inside the building, super convenient, and the spacious, bright lobby was a great spot to work from. Deyna was such a kind, helpful, and friendly host. I also tried her recommendations: loved the bebek meal (ordered twice) and the florist (also ordered twice). Having fresh flowers made the space feel even nicer. Would definitely stay again! For longer stays, just a heads up that parking in the building is paid by the hour. The cost can add up, so it is something to factor into the budget.

I had a wonderful staycation at AirbnW. The location is very strategic, making it easy to get around the city. The place itself felt just like home—cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Accessing the apartment was hassle-free, with clear instructions provided. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I truly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of the place, and the facilities were top-notch. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

It was a wonderful experience. All of the facilities work properly ie. microwave, water heater, cool AC. There was spare water gallon, amenities like toothbrush, soap, and shampoo, and the coffee and tea. The bedsheets and towels are clean white. And there are sufficient clean blanket too. More importantly, the check in and check out process were very easy. Rani was responsive so there's no waiting period to handover the key during check in and check out.

It’s a lovely place. Very convenient to get something by yourself or even Grab/Gofood. Place is clean and comfy. We really love the stay!

Truly an amazing place! It matched the description and photos perfectly, and parking was very convenient. I requested for the window locks and balcony to be secured since I was traveling with kids, and the host immediately arranged for a technician. The place was clean, comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively well-equipped. The only downside was the traffic noise from Sudirman, which was quite noticeable—but overall, definitely a 5-star experience! Thank you!

Stunning and Comfort Place to gathering with closest person and families. Very clean and well manage, all the utensils and bed stuff extremely comforting 🫶 all the response that host provide us before and during the stay was also a very well service Definitely recommend this place and hope i can get the opportunity to stay longer there

Super recommend for those who want to gather with friends or family, the villa is really big and the location is at the end so there's no noise from here and there. and Kak Rikka is super helpful :)

this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

Iqbal place was amazing. Me and my family love to stay there. Iwas very clean and tidy, every room has its own bathroom More like sanctuary, quiet and calm. We love to see sunset to over the rooftop. There's a small lake in the back And when its time to rest its very quiet, more like you are living far from the town.. quick escape plan for family to reconnect.. They have pool on second floor and also helper is very helpfull to pick up our grab food order... Thanks iqbal.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

great place to stay, clean and nice room, have netflix on the tv for extra entertainment, and very strategic location.

What a stunning apartment! We have enjoyed our stay and used the pool a lot for morning exercise or calming down after strolling around the city in a hot day. All in all, we were so happy staying at the apartment and will definitely come back 😊

Had a great stay at the apartment. I booked it last minute due to another hotel cancellation. Revy quickly messaged me once I booked the place, and she gave me clear instructions on how to get access and also kept me posted on the progress,s given it was a last-minute booking. Easy to communicate and fast response. The place was homey, clean, had good surroundings. The internet was stable, complete amenities, and very private at the same time. My home away from home. Perfect as usual. Tried other units in the same apartment complex, Ahmad's place is still my favourite for sure.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.
