Holiday rentals with a patio in Binnenstad

We had a lovely stay at this property. Very nicely decorated. Plenty of space for 6 people. Very good, fast and nice communication with the host. Good opportunities for shopping by bike or car. Good parking, also for several cars. We would recommend the place right away. Thank You!

Super polite hostess and everything is exactly as shown in the pictures and very clean. The property is in a rural region, but there is a kiosk a few meters away that has everything important, including rolls. All in all a nice vacation and highly recommended :)

We had a lovely few days at Jan's place. The apartment offers everything you could ever need. In the village there is everything you need. Emmen is also easy to reach. It's nice to have peace and quiet for a while if you're used to big city noise!

Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

Very good location, yet very quiet at night. The kitchen is sufficiently functional, the sofa bed moderately comfortable. Communication was straightforward and fast. Oh, the place would book again.

The three of us stayed in Esther's apartment for a week and felt very comfortable there. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Everything - dishes, etc., are available in sufficient quantity and quality. There's really nothing missing. For the first day and breakfast the fridge was stocked! We were welcomed with chilled sparkling wine. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen-living room, which is the center of the apartment. The apartment is located in the old town of Appingedam, a very nice place and a good starting point for trips to Groningen or Leeuwarden. Highly recommend both. We highly recommend this property and Esther as a landlady.

The apartment is lovingly furnished and was handed over super clean. Check in was possible via a key box. We particularly liked the large terrace overlooking a cow pasture. We felt very comfortable and would come back.

We were traveling with two small children. The house was perfectly furnished, equipped and even in bad weather there were enough excursion destinations in the area (e.g. indoor playground, swimming pool). We will be happy to come back!

The owner Lammert is the best Airbnb owner I have ever met. He is very kind and well prepared for everything in the apartment. The house looks exactly the same as the photos. All the decorations and furniture let me feel like home. Their some beautiful forest close to the house. During morning or evening you could be able to walking in the forest and enjoy the fresh air. Strongly recommend for anyone who would like to stay in this small beautiful town for a nice vacation. For sure I’ll stay in this house for next time.

Small, nice cottage located directly on the canal. Clean and well equipped. City center about 5 min by car. We will definitely be back!!

Great place, very clean and cozy, you felt right at home in the chalet. The location was a bit secluded and you had to drive longer for things to do/shopping because there was not much going on there. Unfortunately, prices are only a little too expensive for all the possibilities. Overall, we still had a great few days together & thank you Nicole for the uncomplicated conversation. ☀️❤️

We had a short vacation with two children. The accommodation has enough space for a family of 4. The rooms were all clean. You have everything you need. And we had felt like at home. In the garden there is a nice sauna and a large hot tub. The sauna is worth the money in our opinion. And we were allowed to enjoy the hot tub to the fullest with the wood provided to us free of charge. The surroundings and a very nice playground also leave nothing to be desired. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you and all the best!

The place was perfect for four people, with enough space to comfortably play our board games. The quiet location right by the dike ensured an undisturbed, relaxed atmosphere. Except for a few purchases and walks over the dike, we had no reason to leave the house – everything we needed was there. The arrival was completely hassle-free, and the hosts were friendly and uncomplicated. We had a very relaxing stay and can fully recommend Jürgen's place!

I really enjoyed it and am happy to recommend the apartment. My dog and I were guests in this beautiful, old and spacious building with great garden and outdoor seating for 2 months. There is everything you need to cook, relax or learn about the area. The contact with Andrea worked great. Thank you.

Very clean, modern and well-equipped apartment. Some restaurants, ice cream parlors, bakeries, supermarkets, etc. in the immediate vicinity, within walking distance. The terrace with the adjoining lawn was very nice, with sun in the afternoon and evening. The beach is about 30 minutes away by car. We were there with our 10-month-old child. For travelers with children of this age, I would not necessarily recommend the apartment, as there are too many interesting cabinets, etc.

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location - quietly located, but very well suited as a starting point for activities by car, bicycle or on foot. We were able to safely park our bicycle and car on or at the premises. In very good weather, we enjoyed the time on the terrace. We had a very good time in the beautiful apartment. Marion was always available to answer our questions. Arrival and departure went absolutely smoothly. We will definitely be back! What I personally noticed; the apartment was larger than it appeared in the pictures, which of course made us very happy.

We spent a weekend with two families, including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the area. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again.
