This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

10 of us stayed here for a week, for a cycling trip. Fantastic location for cyclists, peaceful and quiet. Great amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and swimming pool. Cristina was a fantastic host and even helped us out on arrival, as our flight was moved forward and we landed early morning, Cristina allowed us to check in earlier. Would definitely recommend!!

This is a beautiful house in the centre of Binissalem. Very well equipped with comfortable rooms. The town is lovely for an afternoon stroll, with some great food at the main square, and with easy access to the rest of the island.

What a great stay at Anna&Marga's place! A lovely house with a great and peaceful environment, including a big and clean swimming pool. The owner was always reactive and nice, whatever the time of the day. Already thinking of coming back next year, but for 2 weeks this time!

The house is amazing! It’s beautifully furnished with lots of amenities, they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need! It’s great for kids with lots of outdoor space to run around. We were welcomed with a very thoughtful gift from the local market. They provide a really helpful book of recommendations of beaches, restaurants and shops. The hosts were lovely and super reactive to any questions we had.

Amazing experience located in wine country of the island. 20 minutes to Palma via car. Groceries, cafes, restaurants, and bakeries within minutes of walking. Street parking was plentiful. Description is very accurate. One of the best experiences I’ve had communication wise. Host was readily available and even greeted us during our arrival and departure.
