The 1880 Breton farmhouse is very close to the sea and at the foot of a pretty wood. Ideal location for this 100 m2 house, with 3 bedrooms, completely renovated in 2021. You will enjoy its calm and direct proximity to the sea, the GR 34, the forest and the highways. You can relax either on its very bright veranda, on its terrace or in its 500 m2 enclosed garden that is not overlooked. Shops located 18 minutes' walk away, bus stop nearby. The cabin consists of a living room (24m2) with its sofa bed, which overlooks a beautiful terrace. A fully equipped kitchen, with a pantry and storage. One bathroom and 1 bedroom with a double bed. The cabin is heated by a wood stove, we provide wood and it's up to you to maintain the fire to heat the accommodation.
