The house is very clean, in the nice area and suitable for a group with 4 years old children. We had very good time there and probably will come back one day. The host is very friendly and helpful. The housemaid also very helpful too. Specially the doggies are very sweet.

Very nice and convenient Villa with lots of restaurants, convenient store and banks within walking distance. Accessible by car and easy to get there. very peaceful and safe with security guard at night. all rooms with en suite bathroom, very convenient. A few glitches here and there but the host was very attentive and solve them quickly. Comfortable and really enjoyable stay. Duong was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend Duong's place!

We had a fantastic stay at Yung's charming heritage home in District 1. The location is ideal peaceful and tucked away, yet just steps from all the key attractions we wanted to explore. Each room was like a private studio, complete with its own bathroom, AC, TV, mini fridge, and workspace, making it perfect for families or groups. The onsite security was kind and attentive, even with limited English. We especially loved the shared courtyard, cozy living area, and rooftop space for relaxing together. It was perfect for our group trip we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was my second reservation, and the communication was immediate, it was clean, and the location was especially great.Next time I come to Ho Chi Minh City, I will definitely book this accommodation again. I recommend it~

The room is right, 6 rooms, 6 private toilets, soaking in the middle, there are people who clean the room every day, there is a swimming pool in the middle, recommended

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

Me and my Family stayed at this Villa for 2 days It is really great, the interior is extremely luxurious and has a modern touch of Europe,we have experienced a great time,Villa has access to an entire 9 bedrooms with a private bathroom and a private bathroom, an additional 2 private toilets outside, a relaxing pool and a beautiful Piano next to it is well insulated Karaoke, good music I would go back to this place for sure Thank you, Hanh! We got engaged during our stay at Quoc’s Farmhome and we hope you do, too! It’s hard not to fall in love in this lush farmscape scenery that’s quiet and peaceful. The locals, like most of the Vietnamese population, are super friendly and helpful. It’s hidden away beyond the congested traffic of motorbikes and cramped businesses on the major roads. The manager of the on-site cafe and bnb Mai was extremely attentive to every need we had from getting extra towels, bringing us food from local restaurants, providing transportation and was great company. The pool was a great draw and respite from the heat but we got so much more than we ever could imagine in experience and memories. Thank you for the great stay Quoc!
