Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bilthoven

Jaap’s home was very comfortable, well designed and decorated and in a peaceful, pretty setting in Bussum. Jaap was extremely helpful, very proactive and gave us advice and assistance. He is friendly and hospitable and helped to make our stay enjoyable. The travel into Amsterdam was straightforward by train and a 15 minute walk from the home. We would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay outside the city in a relaxed neighbourhood.

A very nice quiet apartment with a small garden and sitting area. Very cozy. The apartment was very nicely furnished. We made excursions to Rotterdam and Utrecht and explored the area by bike.

We were traveling by bike and used Ben and Inge's accommodation for 3 nights. On the one hand, the proximity of Amsterdam (with a bus stop nearby and the train from Weesp... totally easy!) and the really beautiful small towns of Weesp, Muiden and Naarden. Inge brought us an incredibly great breakfast every morning on request. She is a great, very friendly hostess. Thank you very much for this great start to the day. We felt totally comfortable with Ben and Inge and appreciated their hospitality very much. The small independent apartment is very quiet, very clean and cozy (as in the photos). We enjoyed our stay here. We were here for just one night before our flight back home. We enjoyed the evening in Utrecht and the next morning. I finally received my code for the door at 9:36 pm after I had checked in. I messaged Hendrik the day before saying I hadn’t received it. He gave me his and it worked like a charm. We had a car so the parking was perfect. It was a bit of a walk but not bad. We dropped off the luggage in front of the place and I drove the car to the parking.

Could not have been a better experience. I love the Dutch country side! And the hosts were more than amazing. I would recommend!

What a fantastic place to stay! Ruben and his team were terrific, very helpful and responsive. The location is perfect for both walking and public transport (there are three tram stations ~500m). The house is just as described and very well stocked. Plenty of options for cooking and coffee. Even though the neighborhood is only a block off a busy tourist area you would never know it when you step out on to the street. Quiet and private it was just what we look for in a rental. Thanks again for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning!

We really enjoyed our short break in Antionette's guest house. The guest house is very clean and also very well equipped. The host was always very quick to reach and always responded immediately to concerns. We can only recommend it👌🏼

Staying in the yard cellar for a long weekend is recommended. Beautiful yard cellar, located near the center and yet quiet. The pothuys is also recommended for live music. Waving from your own rented boat or waving to the other canal boats, both are wonderful.

I’m emotional about leaving this absolute treasure of a rental- wish we could stay forever. We booked Darley’s on the recommendation of well-traveled local friends who literally *moved* to Hilversum after staying here and told us it was the best Airbnb of all time. (These friends also know that I’m finicky about vacation rentals and generally prefer hotels.) I’m SO glad we listened to them. This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful, well-appointed, lavish, thoughtfully stocked, gorgeously furnished, comfortable Airbnb ever, and now I’m probably ruined for all others. It could have been half as incredible for twice the price - we’d still be delighted. I’ve never felt more at home while traveling. We had all the privacy, comfort, provisions, fresh flowers and fruit, random fun perks, great water pressure, immaculate cleanliness, inspiring corners, luxurious linens, and other copious supplies we didn’t know we needed. Thank you, Marielise, for the Airbnb experience of a lifetime. WOW.

This place is enchanting! We thoroughly enjoyed the days in the beautifully furnished attic and the animals in the garden. Our daughter (almost 2 years old) loved playing in the garden and petting the animals. We felt like we were in Bullerbü! Mirjam was always there to help us, prepared a fresh, super delicious breakfast for us every day and lent us bicycles. :-) Very big recommendation!!

We loved our stay at Diederik's apartment, the amenities were amazing, we loved the balcony and the location was great with food stores and tram stations nearby. The apartment was very clean and had loads of great features. Communication was clear and the bedrooms were very comfortable, we would love to stay again. :)

The house was great. The location is very good, but if you are going to stay here, it would be useful to have a car. There is a private entrance to the house. The owner "Kim" is really interested and communicates quickly. We thanks her very much. Everything was perfect.

We loved our short stay in Jonathan's apartment! The location was perfect - on a quiet street not far from the city centre. We especially liked the excellent gelateria two doors down and the bakery opposite. The kitchen was also very well-equipped. Thanks Jonathan!

Great location, close to center of Utrecht and all activities. The apartment is very comfortable, quiet and convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped. Rob is a wonderfull host, available and very helpful.

I arrived very satisfied and left the accommodation with a happy feeling. It is a perfect place to rest, especially for people like me who are constantly in work mode. The quiet location and the possibility to cool off in the pool in warm weather are simply great. Maarten always reacted immediately when something was wrong - always friendly and helpful. Our stay at Monica and Pasqual’s was excellent. The home is exactly what is depicted in the photos. Monica and Pasqual’s communication with us was excellent and when we asked about our bicycles they provided us with a solid lock so we could safely leave them in the front yard. The huge bedroom windows overlook an intersection and I loved sitting in bed with the morning sun streaming in, enjoying my early morning coffee while watching the local people go about life. The location was perfect for us to walk from the train/bus station or cycle to family and friends.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

My family of four stayed at Max’s place for four nights. The location is great, with just about an hour’s drive to many popular destinations in Holland. The view of the lake from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay in this quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and we will recommend it to our friends and family if they visit Holland in the future.

Charlotte is a courteous and helpful hostess. If we had any questions, she was always very easy to reach. Her apartment was great for our short stay and we were able to explore Utrecht comfortably via rental bike. The accommodation was very clean and we also enjoyed the view from the terrace. And even if the spiral staircases were a daily challenge despite the existing handrails, we would definitely ask her again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s in a great location near so many food places and great stores. Everything is pretty walkable which made it nicer for our stay. I would stay here again !

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

Maike was very accessible, the flat is very nice and accessible from the center and very closed to the train station. we highly recommand this stay

I was looking for a place for my friend where we could have a nice time and go fishing. The apartment was even more beautiful than in the photos and the hostess was so incredibly sweet. We couldn't have done better. An incredibly beautiful environment. Great people and everything within walking or cycling distance. We would be happy to come back again 😍
