It is close to the center of Lagoa, very green, swimming pool, playground for children, barbecue (with fee) , game room, mini market, access to Lagoa and kayak and bike loan Ideal for tour/work. Very quiet, strategically well located on the Island with easy access to the beaches. Fast and stable internet. Your pet will be welcome (the condominium charges R$50. You will love my space because this in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, on the hill overlooking the Lagoa da Conceição and the sea. The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

To get to the beach in front, it is possible in two ways, by the street (300 meters) or by the lagoon (salt water), when it is low, wetting only to the knee with an incredible landscape, full of seagulls.
