Absolutely fantastic and cosy studio in the heart of the town. Inside there’s everything and extra, little detailes that make the place unforgettable, such as ambient rgb led lighting, super nice dishes, tasty coffee, compliments from hosts. In the summertime the street can seem a bit noisy, but in the apartnent there even the earplugs. The host is super friendly and responsive. Will stay again here for sure Big thanks!

Great accommodation, very well located, very quiet, tastefully renovated. This made our stay even more enjoyable.

Staying in this cosy little studio feels like being on a ship at times. It is right at the beach and the view from the balcony is priceless. The centre of town is only a short drive away and can also easily be reached by foot. The kitchen has plenty of equipment to cook a decent meal. Communication with Francoise was supereasy. All in all it's a perfect place for a couple and I can definitely recommend it.

I really enjoyed staying at this lovely apartment! It was very clean, well decorated, and in an amazing location. Check in instructions/access were well explained and the host, Lisa, was always responsive. Highly recommend! Note if you are driving, pay attention prior to your arrival to the parking areas that are available, and instructions provided by the host.

2-room apartment on the sixth floor, elevator available, great view with glass front over the entire width of the apartment, well-equipped. We were personally and very kindly received for the key handover after the best communication. Underground parking is a big plus. A few minutes' walk to the center of Concarneau, very pleasant. We'll be happy to come back.

Very good stay at Yoann's apartment. Well located for visiting the area and close to all amenities. The accommodation is functional, well equipped and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

What can I say. Gorgeous, spacious apartment, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Just a few hundred metres from an enormous white sand beach. There is lots of coastal walking & cycling nearby, and the petit bacs (ferries) at Ile Tudy - Lochtudy and from Sainte Marine - Benodet at 2€ a go are a fantastic way of getting around. Both ferries are walking distance if you don’t mind a 45 minute walk along the beach path. Can’t wait to come back ! Merci Patricia

an excellent time in this place that far exceeded my expectations. The facilities are up to par: swimming pool, jacuzzi, foosball, petanque court... and much more! Everything is designed for comfort and relaxation. The welcome was impeccable, warm and professional. The calm that reigns here provides an incredible positive energy, ideal for recharging and fully appreciating the quality of this unique place. A real little corner of paradise that I recommend with my eyes closed!

We had a very pleasant weekend at Hélène's. We were warmly welcomed with several welcome gifts (some of which came from his beautiful garden). Everything went well. We really enjoyed having everything nearby to have a drink at the foot of the cathedral and then eat.

Great cottage, great location, great equipment and very clean. We spent a night there together, but we could have spent a whole week there without any worries. The jacuzzi, the outdoor shower and the magnificent terrace with its deckchairs are a real plus. Thank you, Francisco Bruno. We highly recommend this rental.

Gwenola’s place was just perfect for the 2 of us. It was close to the beach and a walk from the village and port and had parking onsite. It is very well equipped and Gwenola was very welcoming. We would love to come back again
