Wetlina 151 - a unique home in the heart of the Bieszczady Mountains

In one of the most beautiful places in the Bieszczady Mountains - Wetlina Stare Sioło, on the slope of the so-called "Manhattan", based on a 100-year-old wooden cottage from these areas, I created a place referring to the way we used to live here but modified to our times. In this way, a comfortable, spacious, bright home providing all the comforts was created. The location of the house, apart from beautiful views and easy access to the attractions of the Wetlina and its surroundings, ensures full intimacy through access only by private road.

Level

A house on the edge of a forest where you can feel the proximity of nature at every step. Right next to the bison, you can meet the tropics of bison, and by going for a walk a little further into the woods, a worn eye can find traces of bears or wolves. As we walk through the garden, we find the ruins of the Orthodox chapel from the 19th century, followed by the blue trail. If we take our steps in the opposite direction, we can go for a walk towards Solina - for a refreshing bath in the summer and refreshing walrus in the winter.

Along the trails, fireplace, grill, and smokehouse

Our home is beautiful views, quiet and close to trails. There are good restaurants in the area, as well as local hosts who make the best cakes and dumplings for you. The house is 3 separate bedrooms, a huge living room with a fireplace and an exit to the terrace. We also give you our barbecue facilities, barbecues, and a fire pit. We also have a large table for everyone. We have no internet or TV, the reception is very weak, but there is a coffee maker and a breathtaking night sky. Please feel free to bring your pets.

The cottage is designed for max 8 people. Basic price of the cottage for up to 4 people - 300 zł Each person over 4 is $50/ person. Over 80 years old cottage after a general renovation, it turned into a small, cozy cottage. The work of my husband's hands. 2 rooms (living and mezzanine with access to the terrace), a spacious bathroom with two sinks and an original stone shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining room and a fireplace.

Cottage on Solina

We invite you to our holiday cottage on Solina. It is a picturesque place for individual and family relaxation. Perfect for water sports, hiking and biking, and fishing. Lots of green space and peace. The house stands on a plot directly adjacent to the lake, about 30 meters. We also have a barbecue, a jetty, and a paddle boat at guests' disposal. During the period from 1 May to 30 September, the house is rented for a minimum of 6 days. The exterior property is monitored.

I provide you with a place that consists of a kitchen (fully equipped), a bathroom, and two rooms. There is a separate entrance to the whole. The house is a good starting point for both Lake Solin and the Bieszczady Mountains. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden from which you can admire the view of the mountains. The house is located in the charming village of Ustjanowa Górna. Ski cross-country skiing trails, "On the slopes of Żukowa", ski lifts: Gromadzyń, Laworta and Wańkowa, the dam in Solina, and many other tourist attractions. In the house is available to our guests - 3 rooms, living room with open kitchen, fireplace, bathroom, garage, terrace, garden packing with hot or cool water and fire pit with benches. For the little ones, a playground.
