Family-friendly holiday rentals in Biel/Bienne

Perfect place for a group of people who want to go for a hike and relax afterwards. The view from the house is beautiful and the house has everything you need.

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

It’s amazing place to stay.

Perfect for a large group of 15 people + 6 children! An escape from the daily life of the city, especially when it's a hot weekend on the plateau. It's not the North Pole, but in terms of isolation from civilization, you could almost believe it. The view is magnificent, the amenities (fireplace for raclette, grill/fire pit - both working with wood fire available on site - Nordic style hot tub - which we did not need to heat given the heat of the moment - and without forgetting the large canvas that can be deployed by pressing a button offering shade on almost the entire terrace). The kitchen downstairs has all the amenities and enough space if the group is well organized and tidy (which was not our case!) You have to live with two cows, the farmers next door who work there during the day (but don't sleep there) and the fact that the parking lot is a 3-minute walk away, at the edge of the forest. Would we go back? Yes.

This place was amazing!!!! Great location, clean, spacious, and the host was great to work with. He helped with any and all questions we had during our stay and was very friendly. 100000 times recommend staying at this location. We would definitely come back!!!

American family of 6. The location of this top floor apartment was excellent. Murren just isn’t very big, so even though there are places closer to the businesses and restaurants, this is still only a 5 minute walk from everything and in my fairly extensive travels I’ve never had a more expansive 180 degree plus view of such massive mountains. Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau are RIGHT over your two excellent patios. From an American perspective many standard European amenities seem a bit lacking, and this place was no different, but as expected (one day someone will introduce Europeans to a fitted AND flat sheets both a change the world). Some fans would be a great addition for warm summer days, but it was overall comfortable. I would stay here again.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location, would 100% recommend

I love the lake view! I was able to enjoy a view that was more impressive than the photos. I was a little lost about check-in and parking, but I was able to solve it by reading the guide link sent by the host! It was nice that the location was very close to the Spitz Castle and the lake. Some of the cooking ingredients were a little old, but other than that, it was well-equipped, so I was able to stay comfortably. If you want to enjoy the lake view from Spitz, I recommend it!

Thank you for hosting us. It was a nice stay. The cottage is clean. A great quiet place with a magnificent view from both sides. The host was kind. She let the kids feed the antelopes. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Marie-Cecile and Tomas were such lovely hosts and they obliged certain extra requests to make our stay extremely comfortable. The village is beautiful, well connected and has plenty to do if you like hiking and absorbing the views. A great place to soak in nature, very comfortable for 3 people. Our stay at Maria’s place was heavenly! So beautiful and inviting. The apartment was decorated beautifully and it was very comfortable. The views of the mountains were spectacular and the sound of the river was very enjoyable! Maria was so kind and attentive. I couldn’t think of a more perfect place to spend my 60th birthday! The walk to the train station was a beautiful walk. Such a charming town. We would love to return one day! Thank you Maria for everything!

We had an amazing stay! The space was so convenient and comfortable that, for the 7 days we were here as the developer team of Lynx, it truly felt like home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Wonderful Stay! We had an extremely lovely experience at Andrea’s beautiful place.. The house was perfectly equipped for a family stay — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful view from the top, and the outdoor space was ideal for relaxing. The swimming pool was a huge hit, and having access to golf nearby made the stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant was fantastic. Everything exceeded our expectations — highly recommended!

We booked the accommodation for a family weekend, 8 adults and 9 children. It was the perfect time to enjoy the time with fun and games, we could let our children play in the large garden with a safe feeling. All the equipment was available and Martin was always available with advice and help. We especially liked the evenings in the open air, which we enjoyed in the pavilion and the children could watch a football game on the big screen. We highly recommend this location.

This place is absolutely stunning extremely tasteful stylish & loving furnished with very beautiful mountains views. Yves is a super friendly very helpful responsive person he went way beyond to make my stay so comfortable & very memorable he's one of the most thoughtful host I ever meet before. We had a fabulous stay and loved the beautiful village and surrounding mountains. We had an excellent time hiking, sledding and building snowmen. The home was wonderfully cosy and quiet.

Christine was very helpful and thoughtful in making our stay as pleasant as possible. The home was equipped with activities and toys to keep our little daughter engaged which was a pleasant surprise.
