Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Highly recommend. Great hosts , incredible experience. You are ina secluded accommodation but close to many interesting things. Thank you hosts and hope to see you again. BTW …I slept until 13:00 😂

We messed up our check-in time, but he patiently waited for us and was incredibly understanding. The apartment is huge, unbelievably clean (cleaner than any Airbnb we’ve stayed at!), and just a short walk from the beach. We’d come back in a heartbeat – highly recommended

This special space well exceeded our expectations! It was so tranquil and immaculate. It is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in the world. Such beautiful and kind hosts that personally met us and even left us a special gift. I highly recommend this wonderful space. I will forever dream of returning. It was so relaxing and had everything we needed to be lucky to call home for a few days! We even cooked a couple meals after shopping at the local markets. The beds and shower were perfect too! Very quiet ( windows amazing!) even though it is so close to so much! Thank you so much for opening your home to my family ❤️

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Full equipment and there is absolutely nothing missing.

This apartment is a dream. Upon arrival, it scores with a private parking space on the property - right in front of the door. The apartment is on the first floor and is also easily accessible by elevator. Perfect for heavy luggage. Once there, you can expect a spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished accommodation, where you will feel completely at home from the very first moment. The location is hard to beat: in less than three minutes you can reach a variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets - and even the beach is just a stone's throw away. The absolute highlight is the wonderfully large balcony: with a fantastic view, a quiet atmosphere and even a touch of sea view. We all fell in love with this place - the perfect place to start and end the day in a relaxed way. Giorgia is a wonderful and attentive hostess who you can always reach. Thank you very much! This was an amazing way to start our Italy trip. We loved sitting next to the open window and watching the gondolas pass by. It was close to everything you need, small market, a great little place to get an espresso and hop on our own gondola ride. We scheduled many things that were easy to get to via vaperetto. Book this stay, you will not be disappointed!

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

It was a beautiful house and very nice and well designed.If anyone likes to enjoy relax and clam holiday,you can enjoy a lot.The host guy most amazing and great person,he really helpful as a host.I had a great experience so far.Shops and sea everything under 10 minutes.Overall luxury feeling.Better to choose on summer time.More people and more fun.Overall everything was great and beautiful!

Really a lovely stay. Incredible the number of attentions for travelers. If you have forgotten anything, Sara has thought of it for you (condiments, spices, coffee, tea, care and maintenance products, toys for children, maps, tourist documentation, etc.) Very close on foot to the bus stop for Venice. Restaurants and grocery store close by. And above all, admirable hosts of unspeakable kindness. We recommend it 120%. We'll be back!

We had a great few days at this AirBnB! It is quiet and private, but just a 3-4min walk from the busy streets. Paolo is a phenomenal host! He recommended local activities, eateries, and was very communicative and helpful from start to finish. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Venice!

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay, felt right at home. Signora Carla is very friendly and welcoming. Good restaurants are about 20-30 minutes away, on the seaside.

We had a wonderful stay, great location, modern amenities, everything you need. Beach only 5 min away, great shopping, great pool. Markus was always available and was very helpful the whole time

We had an amazing time at Maja’s place! Everything was just as described and on the pictures. The flat is decorated with so much love and still there is enough space for unpacking and storing your stuff. The campiello, where the apartment is located is just so beautiful and the location is perfect. Maja is extremely kind and taking care of everything one could need. The apartment is super clean and the beds are nice to get a good rest. I highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

Chiara's accommodation matches the description and photos. Close to the tram, it allows easy access to Venice. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Modern and recent kitchen and bathroom. The cozy and personal decoration. Chiara is charming, super responsive and attentive. We had a lovely weekend. What's more, we left the keys on the door inside after slamming it, which caused him some trouble to reopen the apartment and Chaira was very understanding! Thank you Chiara!! We'll be happy to come back.
