We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

We had a great stay with my spouse in this beautiful house! The exchanges with Sophie and Roland were clear and friendly. The bicycles available allowed us to quickly enjoy the surroundings (ocean, restaurant...). Thank you for everything! We'll be back with pleasure!

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and in a great location - right behind the dune. It is super equipped and you have many possibilities to use the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with many details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! About the area: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

The house is very well located, easy to access, very pleasant and well equipped. There's everything you need for a great stay! Terrace, garden furniture and barbecue! Everything is there! Katherine's kindness and responsiveness is appreciated. We'll be back with pleasure!

We liked Caroline and Emmanuel's accommodation very much! We especially liked the proximity to the beach and the friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. You can tell that Caroline and Emmanuel are passionate hosts. We would come back any time!

We had a very good stay to start this summer 2025 accompanied by our 3 who were accepted. House at the TOP with air conditioning, large beds very comfortable, 2 bathrooms.... A fairly large plot of land including garden and terrace. (The big downside was the neighbor's dog and his fence that doesn't hold much... (a little complicated with ours...)) The house is close to shops and big cities to visit the area! We went to Biarritz, Bayonne, St Jean de Luz, Arcachon, Pilat... lots of things to see and above all very welcoming locals! This was a great stay!!

We had a pleasant stay at Catherine's. The location is ideal, the apartment well-equipped and there is everything you need for a small child. I recommend it!

Hello, we had a great stay in this small apartment, which is very clean, well arranged and very quiet. In addition, very complete in kitchen equipment etc... nothing is missing. Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). The parking space and bicycles are very nice. Our host was very responsive and we were greeted by his parents who were charming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Notre-Dame beach in Capbreton. It is not very large but well arranged and has all the necessary space for 2 people. We were greeted by the owner's father who was extremely kind. There were also 2 bikes available, which is a real plus for getting around the city.
