Stayed at their beautiful place with the coziest home pretty close to Nainital Mall Road. Amazing Hosts, Extremely Courteous, and very helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They have made sure they provided us with not just the amenities but also with proper guidance and feedbacks about the City as a whole. We had a 3 week stay and it was just fabulous! The balcony is the best part of the house. The view from balcony is much much better than what you get to see in pictures. We kept thinking if we could extend our stay. No one in my family felt like going back. House has great positive vibes! Bushra is truly an awesome host. She was always available for almost all the things whenever required during our 3 week stay! I certainly want to go back and stay in the same house in near future. If u want to stay away from hustle bustle of the city yet close to move around by car and see all the tourist place then this is the place to be in! The flat is a fancy, but cozy place, having a kitchen was important for us and this kitchen has it all. We also appreciate a lot how responsive Deepak was with our questions. There is no washing machine, like it's mentioned in the list, but at the end it didn't affect our stay, as we really enjoyed the space, like it was our home. Thank you! We hope to be able to visit again!

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, Shatakshi and her family was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

The location is great and peaceful, its very good for people who are just curious and wants to explore the immediate surrounding areas (up and down the walking paths created by locals and getting to see sweet views). Deevesh has a fluffy black doggie who accompanied me through my mountain walks. The sunlight is super strong, and even woolen clothes get dried within hours. Deevesh and the caretaker were both polite, friendly ( Lata gave me lots of coffee 🤗).

The property and its location were absolutely beautiful and peaceful—honestly, even more stunning than the photos. Mahira was incredibly kind and helpful, and Waseem also went above and beyond. We accidentally got dropped off at the wrong location, and he kindly came to pick us up. The entire staff was very supportive and welcoming. The only issue we faced was with the water supply, which would stop occasionally. We had some minor difficulties with drinking water and in the washroom, but the staff was responsive and did their best to assist us throughout. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Mahira’s place and would love to visit again. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for peace, nature, and warm hospitality.

It’s a very very nice and comfortable place. Every morning we’d bask in the sun on the bean bags :) The staff member Jassi sir was extremely kind and helpful. I had a few feedback and requests and both Jassi sir and Pradeep were extremely receptive and responsive.
