“I had the most wonderful stay at Mukesh’s place. Unfortunately Mukesh was away at this time but he was communicating with me every day to check I was happy and had everything I needed. His family are the loveliest of people and looked after me throughout. I felt like a Queen. I had everything I required and more. Mukesh’s Brother Chandra is a fantastic cook and I had many delicious meals, for a small add on price. They even had beer. I can’t recommend this place highly enough; such wonderful hospitality. Plenty of hot water, the whole place was spotlessly clean and my bedding was changed daily. It is also very close to the Keoladeo National Park. This is the perfect spot if you’re a birder. Mukesh’s Dad, Rattan, knows everything there is to know about birds; absolutely fascinating. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.”
awesome place feel like a home in a posh and safe locality
Most prominent location in mathura just opposite to birth place of lord Krishna ji and also near from station/Main market/Old temples.
“Parth was great at responding to our emails and texts. Parth arranged a taxi from our hotel in New Delhi to the apartment in Mathura where we were met by his caretaker Bhola. The apartment is on a street with no car access but Bhola met us on the street and led us to the apartment. The apartment is accessed at ground level through the small waiting room of a medical clinic and then up stairs to the large apartment. The apartment was clean with hot water for showers. A large terrace overlooking the street and Krishna Janamsthan Temple is accessed from the stairs leading to the apartment. We were in Mathura for the Holi celebrations and at our request Parth arranged a tuk tuk driver to take us to nearby Vrindavan and the Dwarkadhish Temple in Mathura where we participated in the Holi events and parades. Parth also arranged a driver to Agra to see the Taj Mahal and a taxi to Delhi airport when we left. Bhola made sure we had everything we wanted and always showed up to take us from the apartment to the tuk tuk or taxi driver on the street, even for our 6am departure to the airport. This is a unique opportunity to stay in a much less touristed part of India, especially if you are looking to enjoy Holi.”
