Holiday rentals with a patio in Beyoğlu

Julia’s place was amazing! The views were spectacular, and well worth the stairs each day. You wouldn’t get a better panoramic appreciation of Istanbul looking back at the old town and across the Bosphorus. We were close to the Galata Tower and a vibrant area for food and culture.

Bagdatoglu was friendly. His place was super clean and nitty. Tge check in more than perfect and supppper easy and smooth!! Thanks.

The location is very excellent - the view is very wonderful - the cleanliness is excellent - there is a common terrace overlooking Khorafia - the security is very, very high - the apartment is spacious and worth every riyal paid in it - there is an internal elevator for the apartment - access to the location of the apartment needs to climb a staircase - the host is excellent, cooperative and keen on a distinctive stay - I will repeat the choice, God willing, many times

Loved every bit of my stay in this apartment! Firstly location was great, you are just minutes away from tons of cafes & restaurants. Istiklal is also a few minutes walk away. The accommodation is neat and tidy, as per the picture shown. We enjoyed our stay there . Highly recommended !

A nice a cosy place from where to explore Istanbul. Ugur's apartment is right in the middle of everything, and yet super quiet. This is not an easy thing to get in a city as chaotically vibrant as Istanbul. Ugur is always ready to help with recommendations, or solve any doubts one might have about the apartment or the city. He is really friendly and it shows that he makes an effort to give a personal treatment, which sadly is not a common thing on other Airbnb options anymore... So I am happy I stayed with Ugur. Overall, I really recommend this place as a nice base from where to explore this big city!

Fantastic apartment. The location is wonderful. The apartment is in a beautiful building surrounded by very cute and quiet shops and cafes. The terrace is even better than the pictures. Soner and Isil are very communicative and helpful. Perhaps my favorite airbnb ever.

We spent a extended weekend at Ram's place, everything was good. The location is perfect, the house is a charming hidden gem.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The flat was great! The view made the 6 floor walk up worth it. It was perfect for our stay, so close to a lot of great attractions, restaurants and shops. The view of galata tower was also fairytale-like and beautiful.

Awesome location! So many food options available within a walkable distance. Close to the metro for easy access to see the attractions like spice bazaar , Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia. Upstairs gathering space on the roof was perfect hanging out together. Hosts are always available with a quick response to any questions. Loved it! Perfect place to stay for our family vacation!

Great Host and great apartment in beautiful place

Our family of 9 loved this place with its 5 bedrooms on 3 floors, 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a sunny balcony on 2nd floor off the sitting room. well equipped kitchens, not that we cooked much, with the lovely local cheap restaurants 50 metres down the road. beds all comfortable, aircon and hot water worked well. We got fit going up and down the spiral wooden stair case, we ranged in age from 5 to 70, so had to make sure the smaller kids took care near/on stairs. As the oldest person I got the top floor to myself so just made sure I only went up and down once a day-so was organised or got younger ones to fetch things. Its a lively street,.with local kids playing out till late, lots of cats, baby gulls on the opposite roof. Lovely shops and the coloured houses just round the corner. it was quiet at night, the rooms had good double glazing.Some people on right of house heard the 4.30am call to prayer from nearby mosque, so take ear plugs if a lighter sleeper. It was the best Airbnb ever!

I had a great experience staying at Çağla’s place in Istanbul. The apartment is located in the Fatih district, a charming and historic area with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and many key sights. There’s also a parking lot just 100 meters away, which was very convenient. The home was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Çağla was an amazing host — friendly, responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thank you, Çağla!

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Loved our stay in Istanbul at Aaron’s apartment. It was well equipped with everything we needed, the fireplace was awesome as well, the staff he has supplied wood for the entire time we were there. The staff and Aaron were very well communicators, will stay again if we come back to Istanbul!

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Everything was great

The apartment is great - cosy, functional and equipped with all the amenities that one can think of. We spent there a week are were extremely satisfied. There is a terrace on the top of the building where you can relax after a long day of sightseeing which is an additional advantage. The neighborhood is vibrant - there’s lots of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I booked the place to the day I checked out, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations.
