We had a fabulous stay at the villa, lots of room inside & a wonderful outside space and pool where we hung out a lot as a family of 9. The town is a little further than we anticipated and hilly so we were glad that we hired cars but we all had a wonderful time and we enjoyed the town and harbour. Mehmet and his family were really responsive to our needs 😊

We stayed for 3 nights, everything was nice, the house was extremely thought out. We had problems with the pool. We called Mr. Nezihi, they took care of him right away. We are very satisfied with our stay Also the view was spectacular

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Nice place for a cozy stay especially if with friends or multiple families. In a very natural area with a good view. It may need some improvement for the hot water in wintertime and shower heads, since they are low pressured shower heads. Otherwise very well organized place to stay. Definitely you need a car to travel to town and nearby beaches, if you want an easy vacation

It was the perfect vacation home that we were looking for. Escaped from our lives for a week at a peaceful place at the peninsula, had everything we needed without any issues. Thanks to Hilary & Ramazan for running this perfect place and hosting us!

Beautiful Villa in Kalkan had a great holiday. Facilities in the villa were great and had everything we needed. There is a couple of little shops and a restaurants within walking distance, however I would strongly recommend a hire car for the villa as the main town would be a long walk. We visited all the restaurants recommended by Yusuf and were all excellent. We also visited the Sunken city in Kekova on a kayak tour and Saklikent gorge which were both amazing trips. Highly recommend this villa! We didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a great trip!

Our stay at Soral Villas was fantastic. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Located on the peninsula, the villa was peaceful and quiet, but an easy couple minute drive into Kaş. Yusuf was a wonderful host - communicative and helpful. We highly recommend checking out his cocktail bar in Kaş city center! We would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

The view and sunsets from the villa's terrace are breathtaking. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated 11 members of our family. Everything was as described, but a few small details could use some attention from the owner. Once again, this villa fully met our expectations, and we can recommend it.

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

A few hiccups at first, but all was put right as soon as we told Mustafa. Very friendly, helpful people. Kalkan is lovely and the villa is beautiful and well-equipped. Very clean. Infinity pool with stunning views.

We stayed 1 month, we will be returning. We hired a scooter to get us up & down the hill. We walked up and down a handfull of times during our stay. I would prefer to be up the hill with the views, it takes about 1 minute to get down into the town by scooter. The area is very very safe, very kind & friendly local people. We can't wait to return to Saylam Suites & Kaş.

Everything was perfect! The house we stayed in was both extremely clean and very tastefully furnished. In a quiet and peaceful environment, we felt at home. The host was extremely caring and hospitable; everything we needed was thought of. The location was also great, there was easy access to places to visit in the vicinity. Especially The terrace view fascinated us. With peace of mind, we would recommend it to anyone. We'd love to come back at the first opportunity.

A lovely villa in an excellent location. Easy to get into the harbour and old town plus a few places within a few minutes including two supermarkets. We were a group of eight and plenty of space. AC worked well too. Arif was very helpful, recommend the boat trip onboard Serenity (booked by Arif), the onboard lunch was fabulous, best day we had.

Many thanks to Baris and Ersin. Both were very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable . However, you have to drive. But the host has already said this before.The way up can actually be done on foot, only the heat makes it a little harder. Downstairs there are several beaches on foot or by taxi. Dolmuş is also every half an hour. To Kaş takes 5 min by car.. The sea is noptimal for swimming. Through the peninsula, the sea feels like a lake without waves. Absolutely recommended. We arrived extremely late so didn’t appreciate the place until the morning but when we opened the blinds and saw the views it was breathtaking. Photos don’t even do the villa justice. It suited all our needs and was a fantastic place for our party of 9. Andrew and Adem were always helpful and responsive. We would definitely like to return!

The views are even better than in the pictures! All the rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, with a generous 2 pillows per person. Just a couple of things to note; we were there for 10 days but there was no change of linen in that time. Also the curtains at all the windows are white linen, which is beautifully cool but if you’re bothered by being woken by the morning light, bring an eye mask! We were 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) so the house layout worked perfectly. 8 very good quality sun loungers with lots of space to spread out and plenty of proper shade on the terrace. Wonderful outdoor dining facilities which we used all the time as the views / sunsets are just SPECTACULAR!!! Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly. Cuneyt is her local representative in Kas and was equally as helpful, recommending and booking restaurants for us and telling us about things to do and places to go - a real bonus! Would 100% recommend this place!

This is truly the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The photos do not do the view justice! It is a gorgeous apartment, beautifully furnished, and the view is breathtaking. Morning coffee looking out over the Kas harbor and the sea were perfect, as were the sunsets! It was magical. The host was very responsive, refilled the chilled drinking water almost immediately when it ran out, and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The pool is lovely and a perfect way to cool off after the hike up the hill from the harbor. It definitely requires one to be quite fit, but you could also take a quick 3 minute taxi ride. We enjoyed the exercise and the reward of being at the the beautiful, peaceful Lemon House. Highly recommend this property! Thank you again.

Villa was exactly as described and was so handy having an en-suite in every bedroom - especially as we were 8 women. The Pool area was great and it gets the sun all day. The wall is also a great addition as it adds some extra privacy. We arrived really late from the airport and were able to check in and we also appreciate being able to leave our bags after check out. Everything was great!! Thank you - we will be back.

Dirk’s apartment is one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean with three spacious bathrooms. Actually felt larger than the photos and so many thoughtful touches. In a quiet location overlooking Villa Mahal and their quite perfect beach club and restaurant. I recommend Dirk’s apartment without hesitation.

Beautiful home in spectacular location, and an Airbnb we hope to visit again in the future. Gianluca was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to our visit, and the on-site team was proactive and responsive throughout. Would absolutely recommend!

Villa Murat is beautiful. Stunning location. Swims every morning in the sea and evening dips in the pool. Got up early to watch the sun rise.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The owners, Muammer and his brother, were very friendly and helpful without being “nosy”. They speak sophisticated English and we felt welcome as if we were at home. Whenever we had a question or requested the owners reacted directly and helpful. We could park our car right behind the house and could walk to the many nice shops and restaurants within minutes. The harbour from where the fishing boats and touring boats leave is like the beach just 4 minutes by foot. We also spent some time with our kids at the beautiful private swimming pool where we could grill the local fish on the spacious terrace. The house is in a quiet area and the rooms and beds are comfortable. Thank you very much for the wonderful week in your beautiful house in Kalkan.
