our stay was nice. The location of the house was in a very good place, we had easy access to many places. The house was clean and convenient. Mr. Baris took care of us and was very friendly. We would definitely prefer to stay here again and again if it is available without looking elsewhere on our Istanbul trips.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Daria’s home is absolutely beautiful! It was the perfect place for our stay in Istanbul with our family of 13. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The home is in the city on a Main Street so if hearing people walk by or traffic sounds, it might not be for you… but we had a baby and a sound machine so it blocked most things out for us. My only wish is that the living room area and kitchen were a little more central to accommodate our large group hangs a little more but we still spent tons of time together around the table, playing games etc.

This was our second time staying at the little white house, and it was just as wonderful as the first! The home was spotless, spacious, and perfect for our family reunion — we felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is beautiful and full of charm, with plenty of great cafes, bars, and shops nearby, and the Bosphorus just a short walk away. Suha and his team are incredibly kind and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The value for what you get is truly impeccable. We had a fantastic time and would love to come back again in the future. Thank you again for being such a thoughtful host.

We visited as a family with two small kids and had a fantastic 5-day stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, authentic, and full of heart, with great shops and restaurants to explore daily. The house was spacious — more than we needed, as we didn’t use the downstairs apartment — but very comfortable, especially for the kids. Getting around was easy with the Istanbulkart; tram line 5 and bus 55 are just a short walk away. We cooked a few times and found the kitchen workable (cooking with gas), though some utensils were a bit worn and basic items like salt and pepper would’ve been helpful. Still, these were minor things. We’d happily return to Balat and to Ömer’s house. To really enjoy it, I’d recommend staying at least 4–5 days.

If you plan to visit the historic sites in Istanbul, Giorgio’s place should be first on your list of places to look at. Located within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Palace, the Grand Bazaar and more, Giorgio’s apartment was an ideal spot for what we wanted to see in Istanbul. The apartment was clean, the bedrooms spacious and the hosts were super responsive. Communication was quick and helpful. The airport transfers for three day stays and longer made check in a breeze. And Giorgio arranged for return transfers to the airport (for a fee). This made checking out a breeze. There is a fantastic restaurant 10 meters from the front door (Begonville Cafe) where the workers treat you like family. Overall, our visit to Istanbul was stress free in part due to Giorgio’s apartment. We had a great experience and would recommend anyone to stay at Giorgio’s place.

Great place, really nice neighborhood and Moussaab is very helpful. It's a tight place for eight people but workable and great value for money.

Amazing place quite and relax

This was a great place in a great location. The neighborhood lost power and water for a couple of days, and O delivered us enough water to get through it. I'd definitely stay here again.

Bedirhan was an extremely excellent host he was one of the best Airbnb hosts that I have ever met. he arranged for airport transport which was extremely helpful for my family of four and two luggages each person. he was there to meet us at the Airbnb to help us with our luggage and to show us in and give us a home tour. this was very helpful because Istanbul is very congested and I doubt I would have been able to find the apartment building myself. anytime there was an issue he was extremely responsive and was able to actually come to the home itself and resolve it himself. if it was something that he could not resolve he was able to call a technician who was able to come in within a few hours. he also helped us arrange for airport transport back to the airport even though me and my family were flying on separate flights. the view in the Airbnb is very much like the photos and the B&B is an extremely good value considering the view as well as the area that we were in.

Wonderful & relaxed place! Spend 5 nights in this modern & very lovely place and had a just relaxed & comfortable time there. Apartment was exactly as described, spacious and very clean. 1 bedroom and great comfy living room and wonderful private terrace with table & chairs. Kitchen was good equipped with everything you need. Just like at home - I missed nothing. Very calm place - perfectly to have a relaxed time. Everything is reachable in minutes, like restaurants or public transportation. Very sympathetic & just lovely contact with Homie Suites-Team. Very reliable & helpful, quick response and always available by messaging. Would definitly come back. Had a wonderful time in this apartment - Thanks a lot for everything. :)

Really can’t fault a lot about this place. Fantastic location with so many shops, cafes, bars nearby. Really quiet apartment - I was high up which helped. The rooftop for beers in evening was lovely - probably my highlight. Host was very responsive - good English and quick to respond with clear instructions Thanks for a great stay

Staying here was a highlight of our trip. The apartment’s breathtaking Bosphorus view turns every meal — especially brunch at the dining table — into a postcard moment. The location is perfect for soaking up Istanbul: steps from cute cafés, trendy restaurants, and lively bars, with ferries close by for quick hops to the Asian side. Inside, everything was spotless; the kitchen is fully equipped, and all the essentials are thoughtfully provided. Yusuf’s communication was fast and clear, with helpful tips that made settling in a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Wonderful location, very close to public transportation, lots to do. Very clean, spacious and roomy apartment. Very comfortable sleeping. The AC was a bonus. Great view from the balcony, very safe building.

Lovely district with many good bars and restaurants. Very clean flat with comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. Great view from the roof terrace. A fantastic option in Cihangir district.

We had a great time in Istanbul at this apartment located in Beyoğlu, a short walk to Galata Tower. The apartment is very clean, recently renovated, quiet, and perfectly equipped. It has a separate bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, ideal for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. The host, Ram or Karim, is extremely available and attentive. They really know how to welcome: bottled water in quantity, toilet paper, everything is planned, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional: 2 minutes from Istiklal Avenue, the most commercial in Istanbul, with many good deals (much cheaper than in Paris!), while being away from the noise. Also close to the tunnel to reach the Galata Bridge, the tram to get to the old town, and a few minutes from Şişli. This is, without a doubt, one of the best locations to experience Istanbul. Title: Wonderful Stay, Fantastic Host! I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing apartment, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Beyoğlu than this magnificent apartment. Aaron's an attentive host & has stellar taste. Highly recommend staying here!
