An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

We had an amazing time in St Malo at Julie and Roman’s place. A homey and comfortable place to land after long active days of travel. The location couldn’t be better for exploring this beautiful old walled city. We enjoyed swimming in the ocean pool which is just steps from the apartment. And being so close to one of the gates by the water allows you to easily enjoy the gorgeous sunsets every night. The kitchen was well stocked and Julie was very responsive to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Very clean, well-equiped studio in the heart of the historic center. Easy 15 minute walk from the train station. Very quiet as it faces a courtyard and not the street. Easy check out. (Only cautionary note is accessing the bed requires a ladder climb up to a low-ceiling loft, which for anyone with mobility issues would be a challenge.) Finally, appreciated the personal greeting and timely communication with the host Valerie. Highly recommend!

Hi, The speakers weren't working, so the TV sound wasn't great, and it gave me a bit of a headache. The bank is not on the street, you have to walk further to find one. The accommodation is in a private space, and we also share the courtyard with the people who work in the bike shop located inside. There was practically no hand soap in the bathroom, I had my shower gel so it helped me out. Otherwise, good location: you can get to the city easily on foot even without a bus. The accommodation is faithful to the photos, and no noise at night — for me it was perfect. And a big plus: plenty of storage! As a woman, it's really super convenient 🌸 Vincent did not respond very quickly (I guess he works a lot), but he was always kind, respectful and understanding, especially for my departure. I highly recommend this accommodation and would happily come back ✨✨

The perfect location to visit Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Dinard, Dinan and Dol de Bretagne within 30 minutes. The apartment lacked nothing and was very clean. Thanks Claudine, perfect host.

I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition center. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbors. Access to the exhibition center is very simple and fast: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or an exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to highlight the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

Stephanie is the perfect host that really helped us enjoy her beautiful property. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our time while ending our 5 week Europe vacation. The local small towns away from typical tourist spots and region offered us a little glimpse of the real French countryside with the benefit of close drives to more prolific tourist spots on the North coast. The weather was unusually hot for our stay so the pool was a blessing for the kids. We highly recommend this property of you are in the region.

Excellent welcome from Franck who was lovely to us! The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos as well as its exterior (garden, barbecue). The bedding is very comfortable and the beds are spacious. I recommend it for a stay with friends or even family. The old and the modern are mixed in a relaxing and pleasant setting where life is good.

We had a pleasant stay at Amaury and Stylite's, who welcomed us warmly. The cottage is beautiful and very clean. We particularly appreciated the many outdoor activities available that allow you to fully enjoy this charming place. Nice, clean place in a good location. Only issue was during check-in. The host outsources the key drop off and pick-up to a separate person. They were 45min late to the check-in/key drop off. Check-out/key pick up was spot on time.

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had a really wonderful, restful stay. The flat was light and airy and comfortable and was just as Alexandra had described it. We enjoyed walking along the pathway to St Cast, or just popping down to one of the restaurants below the appartment for supper. We made lots of little excursions west and east along the coast but also enjoyed coming back “home” to just sit and enjoy the comings and goings below in the port.

Apartment was very clean and Mai met us at the property to give us a full tour. The apartment is exactly the same as the description and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. Apartment is only 10/15mins from INTRA MUROS and close to several supermarket s. Also a big bonus is having a secure parking space. Would definitely recommend staying here.
