Cozy cottage, self-renovated in 2023. Located on the edge of the Rennes forest and close to the Nathalie equestrian center (lessons and rides possible by reservation). Numerous walks possible on foot, bike, ... Large living room with open kitchen. Covered terrace with barbecue, lounge and bar, ideal for aperitifs with family or friends. Trampoline for children (not available in winter). Quick access to discover the region (Brocéliande, St Malo, Dinan, Mont St Michel...).

The accommodation (old barn) is comfortable and made of natural materials (pisé, tomettes, oil dye). Insulation and temperature are optimized (warm in winter, cool in summer). The location is ideal: Rennes (13 km), St-Malo (63 km), Mt St Michel (57 km). The village with all shops is 2 km away.

Possibility of being greeted either in person for the key handover, or independently (secure box). Come and enjoy this relaxing place, at the gates of the city, on the way to the sea.

A perfect stay! Séverine is an exceptional, warm and attentive host, who takes care of every detail. Her accommodation is comfortable, clean and equipped with everything you need, perfect for a stay with a child. I particularly appreciated our exchanges, her sense of hospitality, and the fact that Séverine was present when I needed a boost, while leaving the space and independence necessary for us to feel, my daughter and I, at home.
