We made a quick trip to Brumadinho and the accommodation met our expectations very well. We stayed one night at the house, and we were all very well accommodated. The house is faithful to the photos in the ad: clean, well cared for, with a simple but functional and cozy structure. The neighborhood is quiet, ideal for resting, and access was easy. Check-in was very practical, without any hassle, and communication with the host was clear and quick at all times. Despite the short stay, it was a very positive experience. We definitely recommend it and would return on a future visit to the region!

The house is very good, comfortably accommodating 4 people, it has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a very large and cozy sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with various appliances and utensils, allowing you to prepare meals at home. All very clean and organized. Hudson was super attentive from the first contact through the app to the last day of the stay. I recommend staying in Igarapé at Hudson's house.

Our stay at the site was simply wonderful! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos – very well maintained, clean and with an incredible energy of peace and tranquility. Ideal for resting and disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is super cozy, well equipped, has several bathrooms and is comfortable. We had everything we needed, from kitchen utensils to a TV with streaming. The outdoor area is a spectacle in itself - lots of greenery, birds singing, a volleyball court, a soccer field and a swimming pool that made all the difference. The host was very attentive and helpful, welcomed us warmly and responded quickly whenever we needed anything. The only point to improve is to put a box in the bathrooms and make a squeegee available in each of them. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Privileged location, easy to find and with many options nearby, including bakery, supermarket and restaurants. Lili is very pleasant, very available and accommodating. Perfect house, much better and more beautiful than in the photos! The only suggestion is to include bed linen and towels, then you could include the washing of the items in the accommodation fee. Because it takes up a lot of space in the car. We each came in our own car because of this. But overall, everything is perfect, the house is wonderful, great space, all complete. I want to go back!

Great stay, no mishaps, all according to what was announced. Chácara is a delight. It is well worth it. And Camila's tip on a person to cook for the family, could not have been better. Tati is a full mao cook, creative in the kitchen and always surprising us with amazing tastes.

The place is a charm we love hosting. I have a note to make about the amora, which by the way is a dog mill. On the first night it rained a lot in the morning and the balcony where she sleeps due to the wind was filled with water, she and her walk also became soaked. We put her walk in the sun the next day. My suggestion is that they put a more protected walk with cover to hide from the rain and the cold, another observation is that she was very skinny. How my family and I love pets couldn't help but comment on blackberry. In the most the place is excellent!!

The building is secure and safe, with controlled access, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Our host, Lorena was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or needs.
