An excellent base for exploring the beautiful city of Arras, and the historic sites in the surrounding countryside. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well resourced. Highly recommended.

A real relaxing weekend, the accommodation is perfect for enjoying with family or friends. The game room and jacuzzi are just excellent, a very nice space, well thought out, to enjoy in privacy. The accommodation itself is very clean. The possibility of bringing our animals is a plus. Go there with your eyes closed, it's really a great place to stay, with more than confident and kind hosts. Thank you for this accommodation proposal that changes, and that allows you to spend a weekend different from the others. We didn't leave the accommodation so much as there was everything on site to enjoy, even a petanque court.

Well located apartment about 20 minutes' walk from the train station. Nearby restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped and clean. We had a good stay there on the occasion of a pro trip with my small team.

The stay was super. The Airbnb is exactly as expected from the pictures. It was very nice that there were no check-in and check-out times. The hosts were completely accommodating to our schedule. Upon arrival we were very kindly received, with a fine explanation of the Airbnb. There was even a delicious “Cramique au sucre et aux raisins” waiting for us. There was also a pass for the metro left for us. And there were several information booklets about Lille. After returning the key, the host even helped us load the car. I recommend this stay to everyone!

Charming studio, very well decorated and perfectly clean, 15 minutes from the center of Lille. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming, the location is great, it's a place I highly recommend!

Our stay at Fabrice's was perfect. The accommodation has been refurbished recently so what else to say but perfect. 😉 Its environment is very quiet, well located for public transport and even for the brave, within walking distance of Old Lille and small shops. Great, we recommend it 😁

Whether it's communication (upstream and on site)the welcome (smiling, kind ) the calm (remote place to the street, no noise), the accommodation (very clean, classy, clean, retro, comfortable, cozy, everything you need, everything is thought out in every detail...). This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Dorothée's and, just like the 1st time, we are extremely satisfied: the apartment is impeccable, the room is spacious, quiet, the bedding is good quality. The bathroom and kitchen are just as nice. Of course, the terrace overlooking a small green park is a must. After a day of walking in Lille, having a drink on this terrace is a guaranteed pleasure. Dorothée welcomed us with a lot of attention so that we felt at home and it really was the case. We sincerely thank her for the quality of the service. If we return to Lille, it will be in this magnificent apartment, or nothing. And I forgot: the parking space just below the accommodation is also a very appreciable plus.
