This Victorian house has recently been renovated to create a fresh uncluttered space, without loosing its original features. Three spacious bedrooms sleep 6 people comfortably. The main bedroom has a bathroom en suite with shower. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath. The kitchen is large with a door leading onto a spacious veranda overlooking a shady garden. Linked to the Bluegum Cottage B&B next door hosted by myself, I can accommodate 12 people together. Very peaceful house.

This free standing RUSTIC cottage has an open-plan design featuring a sleeping area, a living area and a dining area with kitchenette. The kitchenette has basic essentials - mini fridge, kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery (heat & eat facilities) Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk. The cottage is furnished with a double bed (antique cast iron bed - is a little creaky!) & ensuite bathroom with toilet and wash basin, walk in shower. Completely private. Sleeps a maximum of 2 adults

In between picturesque koppies you will find this thatch-roof house overlooking the Free State plains. Wide open spaces with hiking, mountain-biking, trail running and stargazing to your heart's content on this beautiful 3rd generation sheep farm. Ideal for people wanting to escape busy city life or post Corona small apartments. There is no grid-supplied electricity on the farm but gas stove, gas geyser, gas fridge and oil lamps are available to help you reconnect to the peace and quiet.

Mud Manna - a peaceful and creative earth retreat

Mud Manna is made of earth dug from nearby and crafted with love. Beautiful touches add to the rustic and artistic atmosphere, like handmade stained glass bird windows. Sue's paintings abound. The house is open plan with curtained privacy. Space and views from the stoep will keep you peaceful and calm. Bokmakieries, chanting goshawk, donkeys in a field across the road, wandering horses and cows, a stoep swing... Self-catering and self service. It is next door to Sue's home.

Puzzles Accommodation - UNIT 2

Puzzles is situated on the edge of the “koppie” and is focused primarily on the overnight traveller. Each unit contains 2 good quality 3-quarter beds, as well as a double sleeper couch. Notwithstanding the same property, guests have their own entrance and are totally separate from the main house. Each unit has an en-suite bathroom with a separate bath and shower, that is large enough to dress in. Ample open parking is provided behind high palisade gates.

You’ll love my place because of Its so lovely and well equipped. We have FOUR suites. Each self contained. Separate entrances. No long corridors with rooms on either side, ensuring your privacy. You will like the outdoors space, the comfy beds, the kitchens, the lounges, and all the rest we have to offer at an affordable price. The televisions, the DVD's, the Air conditioning, the room service, (if required) The tranquility, like living on a farm.

Farmers Cottage Bethulie

The beautiful decorated luxury farm style cottage is an open plan self catering unit complete with fire place, a fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. A large stoep with breathtaking views, private garden and access to the pool at the main guesthouse, Karoo Pandok. It is also pet friendly, fully fenced but we do charge a fee of R75.00 extra per pet which is payable on arrival. Please discuss with your host.
