This space is a private entry 275 square foot small studio with a private bath, connected to the main house but with no access to the main house. The unit has a standard sized mini fridge, microwave and keurig coffee maker with coffees to choose from, a very mini toaster oven for one bagel or one piece of toast, lite snacks and waters for you. Also a small table and chair set, desk and a brand new queen sized bed, the location is great if you work at the lab or if visiting family in the area.

It has a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, two big screen smart TV’s, coffee maker, and a plush massage recliner that is heated. No pets. :)

Beautiful waterfront house with a view of lighthouse and quick (1 min) access to fast water. I have wonderful deck with glass windows you can see the view! Dock for two boats. Lovely sunrise on waterfront deck and access to your boat! Bring your boat, only 1 min to fast water! Very nice place to relax and enjoy water sports and fishing. You can swim between docks or in the deep water. Beautiful view from the living room and sun room! Perfect for family and friends.

Cozy Cottage Near the River

Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.

Beautiful and sunny home in Discovery Bay! Amazing view of the lake as you enter the door. Activities include kayaking, paddling boarding (not included) and fishing right outside your back yard. Great for a mini vacation or weekend getaway, come here to relax and enjoy. Business users have high speed wifi internet with a convenience printer. A hour drive away from the Bay Area. Great for travel nurses, short term rental, shelter in place =)

Loved this place! The pool and spa were nice and relaxing. The home is beautiful and spacious. It was the perfect home for my family with plenty of room. Michael and the other hosts gave clear instructions prior to check in so we knew exactly how to access the home. They were also quick to respond with any questions we had. The home was super clean as well. Would definitely recommend this please if you are in the area. I would definitely stay again!!

This was my third year in a row staying at Cathy's beautiful houseboat. I come out to the houseboat every year for a work retreat. Had another great stay. The houseboat is in a peaceful and serene location on the Sacramento River. There are restaurants in both Walnut Grove and Locke but I hardly leave the boat during the 3 nights I am there each year. Whether a destination or a jumping off point, this is a great rental. Plan to return a 4th time next spring!
