Very nice host, spacious, clean and tidy accommodation with all the amenities. Plenty of car space, washing and good space for kitchen. We will definitely rebook next year hopefully.

We loved our stay at Jan’s place in Berkeley. The space was great for our trip. We absolutely loved the deck and hot-tub. We spent most evenings sitting out there for hours! You also can’t beat the views of the bay! Overall, such a wonderful stay, we would for sure go back and recommend to all our friends and family.

5 stars! A Perfect Stay in Walnut Creek! Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Alexander’s place. The home was not only spotless and comfortable, but also thoughtfully stocked with every amenity you could need—from extra trash bags to toothbrushes, floss picks, and cotton swabs. Everything was arranged in such a convenient, intuitive way that it felt less like a typical guest room and more like a home someone genuinely lives in with care. We appreciated the ease of free parking right in front of the garage, and Alexander’s warm communication throughout. He lives downstairs, so he was always available and checked in from time to time to make sure everything was going smoothly and answered all questions that we had for local places. Taking out the trash was super easy, and having a washer and dryer available was a big plus for a longer stay. This place was not just clean and cozy,it was smartly set up for real comfort. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. The stylish interiors, modern appliances, and thoughtful design reflect a beautifully renovated space. What really impressed me, though, was Renzo’s hospitality: the little touches and personalized care made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear that this Airbnb is crafted for each guest, not just a standard stay. If you’re looking for a curated Airbnb experience (not just a place to sleep), this is absolutely the one to book.

Our stay at Linda's house was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Linda has meticulously thought of everything her guests might need, ensuring that you can arrive with just your clothing and find all other necessities readily available. The house itself is immaculate, and the beds are comfortable. It's evident that Linda genuinely loves her home and excels at making her guests feel cared for. The house's location was perfect for our needs—just a few minutes from the ferry to San Francisco and a short drive to Six Flags. We will undoubtedly try to book Linda's home whenever we return to Vallejo. Our family cherished every moment of our stay, and we can't wait to return.

Armen’s place was great. House was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a great area.

Mini-family reunion, with parts of four families staying under one roof. There were activities to keep kids and adults entertained and busy the entire week, from the paddle boards and boats to billiards and video games. Lots of room downstairs for everyone to gather. Would definitely use the house again for a similar gathering!

This house was perfect for Memorial Day Weekend. Lots of space, a huge deck, and lots of sleeping space. The open floor plan was so nice! We loved this house and would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

If you are wanting easy access to the delta, its marinas, beaches and small towns, this house can't be beat. A quick drive to wherever in the delta you want to go, with the convenience of being just a few steps from downtown Rio Vista which has a cafe, bakery, bar, and a few restaurants. The neighborhood is private, secure, and very quiet. The house itself is more than charming, one of those rare treats where the experience was *better* than advertised.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location close to walking trails. Peaceful outdoor space, not quiet enough to do podcast recordings though. Responsive host. Definitely worth returning to.

Very clean and very comfortable!!!

We had a friends gathering here over the past weekend, and everyone loved it! The property was nice and clean just like the photos, and the neighbor and surroundings were beautiful and quite. Brianna and Robert were very responsive and welcoming. Extra foldable beds, a BBQ grill and tools, a pool table, paddle boards and kayaks, and a golf cart were available, which was a big plus for our group. We also did the pontoon boat rental, and it was an amazing experience too; Joe (the owner of the boat) came to train us how to operate the boat on our first day. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place for a weekend getaway.

Nader, We love the Deco and the Vibes of the home. Toilet has heated seats and in-Built Bidet spray for your Ehem-ehems! Toaster,water boiler,many pans, oven, microwave, he has everything u need. I asked about Aircon🙈. We did. not need aircon as The weather is so nice and cold at Night (11degrees 13-18Jun). We loved that Nader is a responsive and responsible host. My 15yr old son had a home accident and broke a hanging light fixture at the dining area as he stood up. We informed Nader of the issue. Super-host asked "firstly, is your son okay? Does he need medical attention? I have a first aid kit in the home". Super-host Wins!!! (Inna haza larizkunna mallahu minnafad. Amiin Amiin Amiin) - our doas to Allah SWT to grant you more Rezki for providing us a safe great home to stay. Boys wanna come back to SFO and re-stay at your home again! Thank you Nader

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

Great stay at Villa Murialdo! The house was perfect for our needs and conveniently located. We didn’t realize what a great location this house was until we were there. It was a very easy walk to town, or along the river. The information and recommendations that we got from Scott and Rebecca were great resources. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we were in the area again.

Ehson's place was a little haven during our stay in San Francisco, located in a wonderful neighborhood. As with any old building, you might hear the upstairs neighbors sometimes, but it's all absolutely worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. The sunset from the rooftop terrace is addictive. It’s a great spot: you can walk everywhere, and the cable car is right there. There’s also a great little grocery store on the corner, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
