Holiday rentals with a pool in Bessas

Five stars all around. Communication with Florence was excellent. We asked for a better Weber grill and a brand new one was provided immediately. House is full of character, village is charming. Bakery in the center of town has closed, but there is another bakery further down the road. Small grocery store in the center of town. Second floor (third floor North American) bedrooms could be an issue for those with mobility issues as the stone staircases are steep with only a rope to hang onto. Pulling out onto the road from the property requires assistance to make sure the way is clear. All in all, we would return in a heart beat.

Due to personal circumstances we had to rearrange this holiday 2 times, of which Remy was very understanding. We booked the villa based on how well the photos looked but were really not ready for just how much better the place was in reality! Le Magnanerie is tucked quietly away in a totally idyllic spot in a gorgeous old French hamlet, boasting the most impressive westerly views across the private pool of the Cévennes, with stunning sunsets. The covered outside area is spacious and perfect to escape the direct summer sun, and the thick stone building is naturally cool. Comfortably set over 3 pretty floors with portable air conditioning in the loft bedroom area. Kids bunk beds are perfectly placed and even though everything is wooden, nothing creaks. Local agent Deborah was very helpful and after driving from the UK, we were pleasantly surprised to have had our best family holiday to date here! We rarely return to holiday destinations, however we will certainly be coming back. Merci

A stay on the edge of perfection. Beautiful house, very pleasant, faithful to its description and allowing relaxation, relaxation and rest. In addition, the owner knows how to be present with responsiveness when needed, and to be more discreet. Which, for me, is both valuable and reassuring. I highly recommend it.

Lena & Jean-Claude were fabulous hosts, very helpful & friendly but also discreet. The cottage is super, well equipped & very comfortable - the pictures do not do it justice! A/C in the bedroom was much appreciated! We loved the pool area & outdoor kitchen, & enjoyed barbecuing on the plancha. St Victor la Coste is an unspoilt, un-touristy Provencal village with a good bar/restaurant & boulangerie and great views from the ruined castle a 20min steep walk away. Easy journeys into Avignon, Arles, Uzes & to Pont du Gard. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage & hope to return. Merci Beaucoup Lena & Jean-Claude!

Very welcoming, friendly and attentive hosts. Nelson, an adorable golden retriever. The pool is really a plus. Very quiet and very cozy place. The sharing platter they offer is a treat, as well as the homemade olive oil. We recommend this address. We'll be back.

The place is simply sublime. The house is beautiful and the environment is a real postcard. It is a peaceful place, between stones and nature. The owners are adorable and Blandine is really responsive. Thank you very much.

We had a particularly nice week in this house. The swimming pool, the jacuzzi, the covered outdoor space with cozy stove and the tastefully decorated house were fantastic for our family. We enjoyed it wonderfully. In the extensive manual, chef Stéfan was recommended. This was a hit. Super delicious dinner at home. The area was a little less but if you are willing to sit in the car for half an hour this is a great location. Recommended 👍

We miss the superlatives to talk about our stay at Aisha's!! - top cottage! (in total there are 3): great location (25 minutes from Valon Pont d 'Arc) quiet, functional, typical of the region and carefully decorated. The bedding is impeccable (including the sofa bed!). There is absolutely nothing missing in terms of amenities. The Air conditioning was very appreciated. The 3 cottages are very distinct from each other and perfectly harmonize around the common areas (gym, beautiful and large swimming pool very well maintained, summer kitchen etc.) and the estate is large enough for everyone to have their independence as they wish.... but we greatly appreciated the fact that we are not totally alone and isolated. We were able to have great encounters. And what about Aisha!!! She is amazing! caring, kind, caring for her vacationers while being very discreet. A Love!! Thank you bcp Aîcha

The accommodation is very comfortable and well arranged. The small patio is lovely. We highly recommend this rental.

Come without so much as a second thought! Michelle is really nice and welcoming. The apartment is very well laid out, and perfectly maintained, equipped, and comfortable. You can walk to the city center in 5 minutes. Really nothing to repeat. I will be back as soon as I can.

Great stay at William's with our three children. Perfect welcome, William is very attentive. Very good tips on activities to do near the accommodation (walking, kayaking, village to visit...). A perfect stay at Céline and Julien's! Their warm and friendly welcome immediately put us at ease. The place is ideal to disconnect, with a beautiful setting. Karima, Jaouad and their children are incredibly kind. They welcomed us very well right away, we quickly felt at home with lots of little touches. The apartment is very functional and tastefully decorated, with a jacuzzi and direct access to the pool. A fenced area so that our dog can walk around safely. In short, a perfect stay. My wife and I stayed in Guillaume’s place for a month in April/May. Great time of year to visit CdP — a lot less crowded, and we were able to get an appointment for any wine tasting we wanted. Easy to get restaurant reservations too. Our favorite restaurants were Le Verger des Papes and Le Comptoir de la Mére Germaine. Guillaume’s place is perfectly situated near the castle. Parking is readily available nearby. The house is clean and spacious. Well-equipped kitchen. Finding it was a bit of challenge when we first arrived but once we did, the check-in process was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week at this beautiful home The village of Saint-Reméze is very pretty and welcoming... The location is great for visiting different tourist sites. Everything was perfect.

A real little corner of paradise in Uzès! Annie-France's house is full of charm, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool is a real treat, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The accommodation is located a few steps from the center of Uzès, which allows you to fully enjoy the city while being in a quiet area. We particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the place, the kindness and benevolence of Annie-France and the warm atmosphere of the house. A place we recommend without so much as a second thought!

we had a great stay! the house is super comfortable, large, very well equipped, a decoration made with taste, very thoughtful amenities. a games room with everything that can be possible to have fun, and have a good time for young and old... our hosts were extremely kind and available, Gisou and Rolland are lovely and welcomed us with good bottles, Christmas decor, chocolates ...GREAT!!! That's so nice. the house is quiet, it's amazing as it's peaceful, and it's beautiful, we were able to admire the sunsets, a view of the Pont du Gard, wonderful!!! we struggled to leave so much that we loved this place. many activities around, beautiful villages to visit, horseback riding, walks, restaurants, ect... it's the perfect holiday spot: beautiful house and with everything, beautiful place, adorable hosts... what more could we ask for?

We LOVED our stay in Avignon! The location is absolutely perfect. The home is large enough to host a big family, the pool was a special beloved feature of our children. Robin bought us groceries ahead of time and the amazing Rosè wine available was delicious. A perfect stay! We fell in love with Avignon.

A true little paradise much better than the idea of seeing the listing. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped with quality bedding, air conditioning and a great summer kitchen. The pool is excellent, not overlooked, and with a wide view of the landscape. And it's paradise for hiking leaving from the house on foot there are plenty of paths. What happiness!
